Fuck me gently; for I fail to understand (once again) why, as a TRUE LEBANESE (a dying breed) I still cannot comprehend:
1) Why during today’s parliament session, no clear condemnation was made with regards to the latest Syrian blunder against Lebanon’s sovereignty.
2) Why the warrant against Jamil al Sayyed (the instigator of the latest Syrian blunder) remains unexecuted.
3) Why once again the subject of financing the STL was postponed.
4) And moreover, why a firm stand was not made (by our so called elected government) with regards to “our” commitment to know “the truth”.
5) Why have we never logged a complaint within the UN or even the (dysfunctional) Arab League for compensation against our sisterly state for damages (and theft) throughout 30 years of hegemony.
6) Why have we not logged a complaint within the UN (and this is not for the sake of keeping the Hizbollahi’s happy) against damages incurred on the hands of the state (and yes I am saying “state”) of Israel.
7) Why is it that as, a state we still haven’t defined our maritime borders (internationally); and yet we go up in arms with regards to shared sea gaz pockets.
8:) Why is it that we (recently) established diplomatic exchange with our sisterly neighbor, but we still do not have defined borders.
9) Why is it that after having dismantled so many spy networks we still don’t know the whereabouts of Joseph Sader.
Many more questions can spring to mind, and not only on a political basis; so brace yourselves for more episodes of “fuck me gently”, which will encompass more aspects of TRUE LEBANESE daily life.

Fuck me gently!
Fuck me gently; for I fail to understand why, as a TRUE LEBANESE (a dying breed) still cannot comprehend:
1) Why the STL is a Zionist entity (according to SOME) without any concrete proof.
2) Why Wi’am Wahab is still allowed to profess publicly the return of Syrian tanks (and being proud of it) into Lebanese territory in order (according to him) prevent civil strife.3) Why a few days before the commemoration of Sabra and Chatilla did Sami Gemayel deemed it fit to recall the collaboration with Israel.
4) Why did Goatee Saad El Dine “vainly” attempted to exonerate the Syrian regime from all the political assassinations which took place, at least since 2005.
5) Why this sudden urge on the behalf of Americans and Israeli diplomats to include Syria (and maybe Lebanon) in the peace talks with Israel.
6) Why the hint of the willingness to withdraw from the Golan Heights in return for peace talks.
7) Why the local threat (from the representatives of our “divine” protector’s spokes people) of uprising by the end of September, if the STL was not abandoned by the government.
8) Why was Jamil Al Sayyed is allowed to dish out so much “unfounded” accusations on many local TV stations.
9) Why Michel Aoun (who is part of the government) can go on TV and call for civil disobedience.
The above is nothing but a few questions any TRUE LEBANESE should ask himself; but it doesn’t stop there.
A) Nadim Gemayel went on to assert his conviction that all the killings which took place during the Syrian hegemony are directly related to the Syrian Baathist regime. Some might argue that his speech emanated from a deep rooted feeling that it was about time he reclaimed his father’s (Sheikh Bashir) legacy that might have been shadowed by the fiery speeches of his cousin Sami, maybe, rightly so. For any Lebanese (and not only Christian) who believed in Bashir’s ideology, they were (to say the least) disappointed by the way Amin (his brother) pretended to keep his ideology alive. Never forget that Amin at the end of his presidential term created the vacuum, whereby appointing Michel Aoun head of the transitional government. Once Amin sat on the “cursed” presidential chair, the Kataeb began its downward spiral. From Hajj to Pakradouni to Amin’s exile to France (not that he was suffering), to the Kataeb we know today. Pierre the founder is long dead, and so is Pierre the grandson (May God rest his soul, and not because I adhere to the Kataeb); but the kataeb we know today is far from Bashir’s Kataeb. Sami can never rekindle the light of his uncle, he does not have the charisma, nor does he have the deep rooted convictions. Nadim on the other (after his last speech) hand might be on the right track.
B) Jamil El Sayyed rantings about the STL, Said Mirza, False witnesses…etc; even if they were all true allegations; can any Lebanese forget the crimes this Syrian puppet perpetrated against fellow Lebanese? Did we forget how the ISF (under his directorate and the cover of Adnan Addoum) use to dismantle demonstrations calling for freedom, independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity (and this is a reminder to Michel Aoun)?
C) Who the Fuck is Wi’am Wahab and how many Druze does he represent? Where does he come from to be able to go on every single local TV station dishing out his threats against the government and politicians and getting away with it? Why is it, NOW allowed to air such detrimental speeches to “al wifak al watani”, and not long ago MTV was shut down?
D) Why is it that Syria (our sister state) never lifted a finger when we were under attack and still claims that it has our best interest at heart (tawhid al massareyn). Not one single rocket was ever fired into Israel (our “only” enemy) from Syrian territories; but Syria does have pawns in Lebanon (such as Ahmad Gebril) to do its dirty work.
E) Why is America so eager to send envoys to Lebanon and Syria (and especially Syria) at the “re-start” of the Israeli-Palestinian peace talks? Who do you think will be higher on the US priority table (as an ally against an eventual Iranian strike) Lebanon or Syria?
F) This letter should stand for FUCK you Lebanese Christians (especially those who follow Michel Aoun), if you think the next “CIVIL” war (and I think it is on our doorsteps) will be Sunni against Shiaa; you are right in the middle.
Have you noticed that for once I did not mention nor bash Hizbollah? I don’t need to; Michel Aoun (Hizbollah’s proxy) has made sure to alienate all hope of a free and independent Lebanon.
N.B: No, I will not let you fuck me gently. For, like the Palestinians thought in the mid 70’s that they could take over MY land; Syria will never return and we (TRUE LEBANESE) will never be part of Walayat Al Fakih. And this is the true meaning of “MOUKAWAMEH”.

I am a “Moukawem”.
Thank you Hassouna, for yet another enlightened/divine speech. Tonight your moderate tone finally convinced me of your righteousness. Yes you are our supreme leader; nazih and charif.
Mea culpa for having doubted your patriotic drive and the selfishness, no other local politician ever showed me (including those who lost their lives).
Your magnanimous words with regards to the families of those newly found spies, and how they should not be labeled and singled out (especially the “daughters”); made me not pay much attention to the fact that you called for their quick execution (if only I could post on youtube a British documentary that was made by NTV entertainment in 1995 about the savagery of executions and the death penalty which shows in its last couple of minutes how your party executed (without a trial) an alleged 3amil in front of his mother). Apart from your “relatively” calm tone of voice (and with no finger waving for a change) your female audience was showing hair. Could this be the dawn of a new “infitah” era? I must say I was impressed. More so (and not dwell in the pile of empty rhetoric and non founded justification to your divine message) when you suggested that the government should seek (after having agreed to the extensive shopping list for the LAF) during Dr. Ahmadinejad’s (the protector of all human rights) upcoming visit to Lebanon to extend its begging hand, and seek (the more than willing) Iranian’s help (of course with no strings attached, but only for the love it has for their brother Lebanese) in order to provide the LAF with the needed weapons, ie: missiles, armor piercing rockets…etc
Ya sayyed Hassan, why not at the same time, since the Iranians are so eager to help us (for free, and no strings attached) not ask for submarines, fighter planes and any other “offensive” weaponry they have in their arsenal.
In all fairness you did start, ya Hassouna, this segment of your speech by including all Arab countries and asking them to relinquish part of their military arsenal which is being stockpiled, and about to become obsolete; for better use in Lebanon (the only country who is on the frontline with our only and arch enemy Israel). I guess the answer to that is “Beggars can be choosers”.
But what really swayed me to your side, and made me wish I was a “moukawem”; was when you suggested that we should start investing in NUCLEAR power in order to resolve our electricity crisis (for peaceful purposes), just like Iran is doing. I especially appreciated the fact that you did say that you did not have exact figures, but… that it would be much cheaper than trying to resolve the crisis whilst relying on fossil fuel. Yes Hassouna, now is the time to tell the international community that this tiny country of ours (maybe yours) is about to follow on the footsteps of the country of your sponsors/masters, plagued by international sanctions. Yalla, why not. Ask Ahmedinajad to provide us with enriched uranium (for peaceful purposes that is) and the North Korean to help us build (for free) power plants. Why not, let us all together witness the effect of internationally imposed sanctions on 4.5 million people of whom the majority can hardly make ends meet (mainly those who are not sponsored by Iranian money).

Yes your cause is greater than to reflect on a few rockets that were fired amongst your people and your foes which caused people to reminisce about civil strife. It’s all good, and the “moukawameh” is greater than any individual.
Just like you said the rumors of indictments of unruly members of Hizbullah makes you laugh, for according to you those are only part of the followers and not “cadre” of you divine party. And to that I say: “How far will your jaw drop if Mughnieh is even mentioned in the STL probe”?. I guess Moughnieh was nothing more than a blind follower.

St Valentine, or M14’s fallacy ?
Not only have we invented the “ourjouwan” color or the alphabet; but we Lebanese are pioneers in many fields. No wonder we are proud people (and so rightly so), Lebanon was mentioned 71 times in the Bible; and if Belinda Carlisle knew Lebanon, her song “heaven is a place on earth” would not have been written as a love song, but as a tribute to our country.
We (Lebanese) are direct descendants of God (ou meme la cuisse de Jupiter, depending on your religious beliefs). Lebanon is the true Garden of Eden, where it all began, and where it will all end. The notion some have that the Jews are the chosen people is nothing but a fallacy, a few millimeters on a geographical map, shy from the truth. We are the chosen ones!
Today we Lebanese have once again demonstrated to the entire world (and maybe the universe) that we are true pioneers; pioneers in having taken the art of absurdity, no worthiness, sold out bunch of ingrate selfish bastards, mindless “sheeple”, brainwashed pretentious narguilleh smoking selfish lazy wannabees arses.
The sight of goatee Saudi Saad waving his hand in salute as if he was the queen of England (and a queen he might as well be) grabbing Walid beik by the waist (obviously against his will) made sick to my stomach. The songs playing in the background and the festive mood on what should have been a grim reminder of our bloody (recent past) made my blood boil.
And they (M14) have the audacity to talk about their achievements in the past 5 years. The Cedar Revolution is dead! It officially died after the June elections when promises were broken one after the other. The Cedar Revolution was never the sole proprietorship of any political party, it was a movement from the people and TO the people, entrusted then (wrongly) to the current leadership. Today another nail (if not the final one) was put on its coffin.
Today, I and the entire world, witnessed the shrinking of your (M14) power base; and in a couple of days from now the entire world will witness the ever constant (if not growing) power of Hizbullah (the commemoration of their martyrs). And yet THE supreme leader of M14 (goatee Saad) deemed it fit to announce to the world (not very long ago) that the government will stand by Hizbollah in case of a new “aggression” (even if provoked) against Israel.
If only I was allowed to (safely) attend the Hizbullah commemoration, for I have more respect towards those who even if they have an agenda that I totally refute, are true to their promises and their following.
Sad to say, I hold MUCH more respect to those I am willing to dedicate my life to fight against their vision, than to the lot of you (M14).
Come next elections, not only I will not vote for you; I will vote against you.
Long live Imad Moughnieh and may God protect Samir Kuntar !

Confessions of an ex-Aounist
Lately I have been unable to freely write, and with rigor, about my visions and aspirations with regards to MY Lebanon. Disillusioned by M14 and their lack of balls; my hatred (as a Lebanese and as a Christian) towards Micho grew stronger ( I wonder why).
I still remember "Beit al cha3b" and promises made; even "la France notre mere patrie" was moved by the words and promises of what turned out to be nothing but a demented general.
More death and destruction followed, and when push came to shove; a pajama wearing general fled, leaving ALL his men behind.
Lebanese passports were given to French dignitaries and citizens in what they thought was a sign of solidarity with the plight of the Lebanese against Syrian savagery; only to find later on that they were illegal.
I wonder if any of those 1500 applicants (or the few who actually were given the travel documents) bothered to apply for the red passport which came in vigor after Micho was ousted. And if they did, can they vote in the upcoming elections? Years have passed since, and I tried to forget. I've laid down my gun before you sat on that cursed chair in Baabda and went to self exile; but I kept my sharp tongue.
A tongue I used in exile to promote your cause in the hope of a dignified return; but you have robbed me of my hope. Then again one can say "no big deal" for I have lived years of struggle and strife and come out relatively intact (the emphasis on relatively). The days of a lesser evil have long been gone, and are now utterly unacceptable. The return of Lebanon's prodigal son turned out to be (especially to Christian Lebanese) the coming of the false messiah.
Your MOU with Hizbullah did more damage than the Taef accord which you bark constantly about, claiming to be the protector of all of Christianity within the Middle East. No thank you, your so called vision not only stands against INDEPENDENCE, SOVEREIGNTY AND TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY (which may I remind you was YOUR slogan), but against the very essence of what once was a glorious and Biblical land; an oasis amongst arid land filled with bigotry and hatred. History will one day depict all of your shortcomings for generations to come. And me in my grave, I will be rolling over with laughter !

Died in vain part "I"
Tensions are running high lately and our nation’s future never looked gloomier. Speculation, analysis and even wishful thinking are polluting the blogosphere which I frequent daily. A new breed of even more FUCKED UP Lebanese has emerged and is utilizing the technology, we (children of the 60’s) never had in order to, not only foresee the future; but to make our martyrs roll over in their graves.
Walid Jumblatt’s latest (but not last) 180 degree turn, Michel Suleiman call for all nations to extend the arm of friendship towards our sister in the north, and the latest army helicopter mishap; made my blood boil once again. That very same blood that I am more than willing to shed once again in order to ensure freedom and PRIDE for my son within the 10452 Km2 that was once this great nation of ours.
The events are too numerous to count (but if I find the time), I will remind you of them, even in small parts. Therefore I will start with the following LOCAL historical facts (with no analysis and opinions) in the hope that I will have the stamina, time and courage, to see it through the end.
Unfortunately there is no end, as we are still encountering the remaining of a war that did not end (la ghaleb wa la maghloub). So bare with me, my devoted (few readers) for this is nothing but the first part of many.

Today I am no longer a pacifist, nor am I a bystander who is willing to look upon veiled women with a smile upon his face.

The Future
Not in the best of moods once again; so I gave the jester in me the night off and replaced him with the prophet of doom. I guess that frequenting almost daily blogs dealing with Lebanese politics is hazardous to one’s mental health.
Living in Lebanon can be hazardous as a friend of mine, David, discovered lately.
No matter how hard I try to hold on to optimism and sanity, the forces of LOCAL evil always find a way of dragging me down. I had decided lately not to watch the local news in order to bring back a false sense of well being, but found myself drawn back into this cesspool of hatred that is the main ingredient in Lebanese daily life. I thought I was over David’s encounter with “Divine” Lebanese terror when I saw him with Nat and the kids all healthy; until by mistake, I watched an array of more bearded men giving me a clear view of what the future might hold. As if the understanding between Yellow and Orange was not troubling enough, a bunch of Salafists (if the terminology is correct) extremists joined in the club of those narrow sighted bigots.
So I switched off the TV and decided to listen to some music. How appropriate it was that the first song on I heard was the Future by Leonard Cohen (An artist that is banned in Lebanon for being Jewish).
At the risk of being labeled once again a “3amil” I will share with the few readers I have the lyrics and the song, which I dedicate to all the peace loving people who are as disillusioned as I am.

Ă bon entendeur salut !
Je ne vais pas mâcher mes mots, à bon entendeur salut !
Regardless of politics and the latest bilateral talks with our sisterly neighbour; I would like tonight to rant about MY own perception of Lebanon. Lebanon my country of origin, the Lebanon I once vowed to protect, the Lebanon I believed in.
In the mid seventies, hell broke loose and many Lebanese took up arms. Each and everyone fought for what they thought was the Lebanese cause by “excellence”. Allegiances were made, broken, replaced; while Lebanese shed their blood (in vain). Hundreds of ceasefires were agreed upon, but never respected; hatred grew stronger. The Palestinians turned from refugees to main instigators of death and destruction in their vain attempt to create a state within a state (the Kissinger plan), the Syrian army switched from a member of an Arab Peace Keeping force into an invader. Even Somalia (via its mercenaries, thanks to the Iztaz and Amal) became a source death. Our neighbour in the south, one moonless night decided to join in the bloodiest show of force. Some (Lebanese) did see in the southerly incursion a way towards salvation and the establishment of their own vision of Lebanon.
But this is war, one might say; all is allowed.
All is allowed. Even snipers on roof tops being paid by the kill. People being tied to car bumpers (alive) and being dragged down the street until dead. People having their throats cut with a Boucher knife from ear to ear for belonging to a different sect. Entire villages and towns massacred...etc.
Remember those days my fellow Lebanese; but also remember those who sponsored such terror (both local and foreign). Those are the same people whom today claim to have your best interest at heart.
Guns, canons, mortars, ammunitions, shells, tanks, and hefty banker’s checks were given to us graciously by those who today claim to have our best interest at heart, and yes I am repeating myself.
10 years within our civil war, all conflicting parties knew that an absolute win was nothing else than a pipe dream. This fact did not stop them from further pushing Lebanon into the abyss.
Our neighbor from the north waved its magical wand and the war stopped (invasion of Kuwait, Desert Storm, American foreign policy, Syria being the last Arab country to give its OK, Michel Aoun in the French embassy in pajamas...etc) and we became a satellite state for an oppressive neighborly regime. Meanwhile the biggest threat to Lebanon was growing stronger; Hizbullah was enjoying a free reign.
From endless months of camping paralyzing down town Beirut and causing many business to close, to yet another divine victory when a child killer was freed; this cancer was further injected into the few remaining healthy limbs of our country.
Wake up people of this once great nation, for M14’ers have sold out and Hizbollah has officially taken over. Do not expect much from the upcoming elections, Syria’s influence is once again predominant.

Hallelujah !
Oh happy day, for those murderous crooks we call politicians took turn late tonight, reassuring us (retarded inhabitants of a country called Lebanon) that they have finally reached an agreement as to the long awaited ministerial statement.
Hallelujah !
The long awaited couple of pages filled with dribble and crap is about to be made public, for all of us (stupid idiots) to analyze and argue over.
What will follow is and endless stream of opinions and ill founded studies as to what this statement (when adopted by the cabinet, or shall I say” kabbineh”) actually means.
All parties are victorious. All parties have registered their own reservations in order to save face and not admit that they have been outsmarted by the greatest evil this land of ours (and of many others for what it seems) , has encountered throughout its long history. Nitpicking over a few words written in the language of imagery and vagueness by excellence, will never dispute the fact that EVIL has won yet another battle. And by evil I specifically point my finger (and the middle one)towards Hizbullah.
As I am writing this text, the “ministerial statement” is not out yet; but I wouldn’t hold my breath, for I know for sure (and I am willing to bet my life) that it will fall short of every single iota of what we once called the Cedar Revolution.
Most of, if not the majority of those morons we call Lebanese will actually believe that “national unity” is now at hand.
Wake up you deranged, amnesiac, selfish, cowardly bastards and realize that the mere mention of the “MOUKAWAMEH” is a capitulation.
An advertisement should be placed in the “al wassit”, reading :
“A country is seeking patriots from all ages. Applicants should have a sense of pride and dignity, firm belief in the history of the motherland, willing to work long and hard hours for the benefits in the long term are well worth it. Syrians and Iranians need not apply.”

He is heavy, he is not my brother !
God only knows how hard I have tried to brush away the scarce fanatical dust particles I had on my shoulders when I was growing up within my non-political, non-fanatical family. When the war broke out in the seventies I always refused to surrender to demarcation lines (at the expense of my own well being) and new found notions of different class systems based on religion. Admittedly I was never, what the church could label a true Christian, for I was always brought up to believe in God the benevolent and in the goodness of man. In 1984 and after a few bad experiences and mistakes; I decided to look for greener pastures. Overnight I left family and loved ones, took a plane to England (how green and damp can you get?) were I spent 16 years. I thought, upon my return that my tolerance, my acceptance of others had grown stronger; I thought that I was part of this new generation that constitutes the salvation of this holly land of ours. I started looking for those who, at a time left seeking enrichment and now are back; in order to feel a sense of belonging and possibly make a difference. I found none.
I was alone.
10 years later, I came to understand.
I came to understand that I cannot call a brother he who denies his roots. I left before the Hizbullah’s phenomenon (and I thank my lucky stars for that, for if I had I would not be writing today) showed its ugly face. Do not misunderstand me, I am not naive, for I have seen what ‘’Fath’’. Sa3ika’’, ‘’Jibhat Al rafed’’, ‘’Mourabitoun’’,’’Amal’’,’’Mortazaka’’,’’Kataeb’’...etc did during 9 nightmarish years I lived before my self inflicted exile.
I came back filled with hope and aspirations, not only for me, but for my son and my country as well. Sad to say that I regard my return from my safe heaven (England) as the biggest mistake I ever did. A mistake bigger than when I took up arms thinking (falsely) that it was my duty as a Lebanese.
I am the proud son of the south (although Christian on my Lebanese ID card, but Lebanese at heart), I still cannot (and never will) relate to the Hizb’s propaganda. For the south was always mine (as a Lebanese), for I have shared the hardships and the neglect from all governments past and present, for I have never sold out my Lebanese identity; and those who follow the Hizb have.
To those veil, sandal, beard, turban wearing sold out fucks I dedicate the following song.

A far fetched dream (or nightmare)!
Having recently been a witness to the (shameful) parade organized by the Hizb (and everybody else, icluding M14)in Nakoura, and the short "live" appearance by our"divine" leader in Dahiyeh; I failed (although I tried my hardest) to rejoice in he fact that another sad chapter came to it's conclusion.
All that I could see (in my totally twisted head) was: Yellow dressed horses crapping, Hizbullah's thugs standing tall (like the guards at Buckingham palace)waiting for Hassouna to grace us with yet another "divine speech".
Merle Haggard came to mind the minute Hassan Nasrallah spoke. I had a vision of poppy fields (no longer masked by a row of "tourne sol") and Hassouna dancing.
No I was not under the influence.
I wished then, that the lack of vision of all those who rejoiced, was less harmful than the cynicism in the following song (don't ask why, it just popped into my head).

R.I.P Lebanon 1943-2008.
The past ten days were hell (for personal reasons). I felt so angry on so many levels; I even questioned God and his wisdom. As I was getting closure and trying to revert back to normal life; I was slapped with yet a greater evil than death; the evil of those who inflict death. “Samir Al Kuntar”.
Being incapacitated (due to a minor motorbike incident) I spent the afternoon glued to my TV set watching the shameful parade being broadcasted on many local and Arab TV stations. A child killer was given a hero’s welcome, and Lebanon (my country) has once more shown to the CIVILIZED world that it was nothing more than 10452 Km2 of scum. “al silah zinat al rijal” I heard uttered from the mouth of our “divine leader”. Emile (in all his glory) was drooling (or smiling, I could never tell the difference). Suleiman, Saniora and Berri were anxiously waiting at “Hariri’s” airport the return of their prodigal son, even Georges Adwan took part in this shameful celebration. A few hours earlier we had the privilege of seeing our newly elected government members (all dressed in white) parade at the Baabda palace for the inaugural picture. Maybe they should have waited a few hours so that Kuntar could join. After hearing his speech (in well spoken Arabic) it would not have surprised me.
Hizbollah has won, and has taken over MY country.
A battalion of “moukawimin” in full army gear was a cruel reminder that 120000 (accounted for) martyrs have died in vain.
Saad Hariri’s stupid smile (and his goatee) is another clear sign of defeat.
George Adwan’s presence at the “festivities” is a clear picture of whose (tied arse) you should lick in fear.
Walid Jumblat’s (but not Ghazi Al Aaridi, his lackey) absence (today, but not tomorrow) is an indication of whom is dictating the future of MY country.
Michel Aoun (the demented general) I don’t even need to comment !
Nasser Kandil was the epitome of days supposedly gone (but not forgotten).
Last but not least, Olmert , for having plunged Lebanon (once again) deep into the abyss.
Full honours were deployed, even the presidential “helicopter” since we cannot afford an “air force one”; only to see that the Lebanese government (with all its institutions) was over shadowed by the Hizb’s military machine (even a cavalry).
Kiss ikhtkoun killkoun (politicians that is), starting with the LF and ending with Ali Kanso in his white safari suite.
Mr. Chamoun was the only voice of reason today, for he has said what (I hope) many of us feel.
I am Lebanese with a dual nationality (second being British) , and today I feel ashamed of my citizenship of birth.
Today, I feel the pain and the disappointment of the Haran family. Moreover I cry for all those who died (Lebanese) during the 15 years of civil war for their (at times twisted) notion of a free Lebanon.

Last but not least, Olmert , for having plunged Lebanon (once again) deep into the abyss.
Full honours were deployed, even the presidential “helicopter” since we cannot afford an “air force one”; only to see that the Lebanese government (with all its institutions) was over shadowed by the Hizb’s military machine (even a cavalry).

Mr. Chamoun was the only voice of reason today, for he has said what (I hope) many of us feel.
I am Lebanese with a dual nationality (second being British) , and today I feel ashamed of my citizenship of birth.
Today, I feel the pain and the disappointment of the Haran family. Moreover I cry for all those who died (Lebanese) during the 15 years of civil war for their (at times twisted) notion of a free Lebanon.

Hizbollah, evil incarnate!
I will spare you a detailed account of what took place today for it is widely available on the internet, and most of you have been glued to your TV sets; therefore are in no need of a reminder.
A wide array of analysis and predictions were offered for you to pick whatever tickled your fancy.
Regardless of so called facts aired or written, no one can dispute the fact that Lebanon is being taken over by what was once praised as the Divine protector against the ultimate evil that is known as the state of Israel.
Many of times did I state that Hassounah and his thugs have one agenda and one only; that of imposing their own vision of Lebanon.
Can any of you, after today, still have a shadow of the doubt?
Roads are closed, tires are burnt, threats are made, people are held hostage at the airport, Iranians are flying in, new tents are being erected…etc.
And the army does nothing!
Michel Suleiman (and the other Micho who called for the toppling of the government today) say nothing.
M14 in their infinite wisdom (or shall I say lack of balls) praise the appeasing role of the army in such a volatile situation. Shots have been fired, B7 rockets were used, stones were hurled (even at army personnel), citizens were stranded, roads blocked (for no valid reason); and still our men in green watched.
Can you still seriously wonder why the Lebanese people are rushing to buy arms?
It is about time my fellow Lebanese to “call a spade a spade”, enough with the talk of one sect (and one only) that has been ignored by past governments, one area (the south) left to rot. Poverty is no stranger to the 18 (19 if we still recognize the Lebanese Jews) communities that are part of this nation of ours.
This very same community pretending to be marginalized, used and abused; is not only better off (thanks to foreign aid, “al mal al halal”) but has sold its Lebanese identity to foreign powers (Iran). This community by doing so has revoked its Lebanese identity, therefore its rights.
I, unlike others, will not hide behind my little finger and still claim that I am willing to negotiate with the likes of Hizbollah and those who follow them; for they have renounced their Lebanese identity.
I call upon my people to revolt and fight this cancerous cell even at the risk of having to amputate!
For those of you who might think it extreme I say : “bite me”.

The time of reckoning has come.
The latest squabble with regards to security issues (or lack of dare I say) should be a clear enough indication that “dawlat al fakih” is now moving towards the application phase.
Iranian (so called tourists/students) parked in me3rab for hours, cameras by the airport, security apparatus in sensitive points belonging to the Hezb, parallel communication lines, private security zones, massive buying of lands, an Embassy that reclaims suspects for a couple of days, the army general giving thanks to an invading power, a French representative held by armed militias (with no repercussions)…etc.
Brace yourselves my fellow (dormant) Lebanese for the day of Hizbollastan might be coming (sooner than you ever imagined).
Blame no one but yourselves when the gates of hell will widely open and engulf what was once known as the land of many freedoms.
Today I am the prophet of doom, for I am convinced that none of the opposing leaders to such an evil project have the balls to publicly call for the true “Moukawameh”(it has been copywrited by our divine Hasaan) .
Those ill fated (M14) clueless idiots still awaits to reach a (honorable, in their own opinion) compromise, in order to avert what the speaker of our (now closed and dysfunctional) house of representative (Nabih Berri) called “al sharr al mousstatir (whatever that may mean).
Meanwhile within our borders, letters are being exchanged and deals are being made, at whose expense may I ask?
Talk about the Golan Heights and the jump start of peace negotiations with regards to a long standing Middle Eastern problem seem to be well on their way. But the local situation sure looks like it has been once again sold to higher and more important purpose. The “new born Christian”(G.W Bush) and his failed foreign policies can no longer hold ground and bring reassurance to the true believers in democracy (us Lebanese included).
Hizbollah, along with its allies (the demented general included) have shown us that they are the ones controlling our country and our fate.
On the opposing side we have a group of impotent asses hiding still willing to put the future of our country within the hands of yet another army general who cannot even apply a simple rule of law.
I am willing to cut my genitals with a blunt instrument, if anything will be done with regards to this latest breach in national security.
Michel Suleiman should never become president; he should be relieved of his functions.
The army should be given clear orders to restore the rule of law, even by force if need be.
Until the day will come where one of the biggest Lebanese religious sect will renounce fanaticism and foreign allegiance; we Lebanese (for they ARE NOT) have a duty not to let them have their way.
No to “Tawlet al hiwar”, NO to “la ghaleb wa la maghloub”, those are people that can never be trusted; those are people that have a higher purpose that spans way beyond the Lebanese border, those are people who never felt they belonged to this (once) great nation of MINE, those are the cancer that has made my country terminally ill.

The following are some of Hizbollah's and some other (in order to be fair) Iranian's puppets portfolio of patriotic acts:

3. Terry Anderson (reporter).
4. David Jacobsen (director of the American University Hospital).
5. Thomas Sutherland (educator).
6. Passengers of TWA flight 847 (innocent people).
7. Reverend Benjamin Weir (another man of the cloth)
8. Michel Seurat (reporter).
9. Four French TV crew members (march 8, 1986).
10. Peter Kilburn and two Britons found dead.
11. Frank Reid (educator).
12. Joseph Cicipio (American University Of Beirut controller).
13. Terry Wait (envoy to the Archbishop of Canterbury).
14. Allan Steen, Jesse Turner, Robert Polhill & Mitheleshwar Singh (educators).
15. Charles Glass (reporter).
16. Jean Louis Normandin & Roger Auque (reporters).
17. Lt. Col. William Higgins (UN truce monitoring officer).

I will not dwell into the purpose of all those actions (If Ronald Regan was still alive I would tell you to ask him), but I will ask you why JACK MAN (This elderly person who chose Lebanon as a home), Lawrence Martin Jenco (A religious man of a different faith), David Jacobsen (a healer), passengers on the TWA 847 (innocent bystanders), Benjamin Weir (another religious man from a different faith), Lt. Col. William Higgins (a peace keeper), and most of all Terry Waite.
Granted all the above mentioned victims were not solely the doings of Hizbollah, but in their majority they were (by the Hezb’s own admission).
And yet those thugs want to be part of the decision process and they claim tolerance and respect for different beliefs.
In all fairness I also recall, since I am old enough, the hiring of Somali (amongst others) “mourtazaka” by the “Iztaz’s” party who fought against fellow Lebanese. I also recall the massacres of Sabra and Chatila, Tal al Za3tar…etc.
One should not forget its bloody history, but one should not FORGIVE.
If we are ever to live free, we should rid ourselves of guilt (we should start by admitting it first). Let each faction call their fight a “Holly War”, revert back to the “crusades” or the “futuhat” and destroy one another.
Please do so, but do no longer pretend that your cause is divine ya Hassan, for it is NOT!

Hizbollah's manifesto English version, courtesy of ACE !
Our Identity
We are often asked: Who are we, the Hizballah, and what is our identity? We are the sons of the umma (Muslim community) - the party of God (Hizb Allah) the vanguard of which was made victorious by God in Iran. There the vanguard succeeded to lay down the bases of a Muslim state which plays a central role in the world. We obey the orders of one leader, wise and just, that of our tutor and faqih (jurist) who fulfills all the necessary conditions: Ruhollah Musawi Khomeini. God save him!
By virtue of the above, we do not constitute an organized and closed party in Lebanon. nor are we a tight political cadre. We are an umma linked to the Muslims of the whole world by the solid doctrinal and religious connection of Islam, whose message God wanted to be fulfilled by the Seal of the Prophets, i.e., Muhammad. This is why whatever touches or strikes the Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Philippines and elsewhere reverberates throughout the whole Muslim umma of which we are an integral part. Our behavior is dictated to us by legal principles laid down by the light of an overall political conception defined by the leading jurist (wilayat al-faqih).
As for our culture, it is based on the Holy Koran, the Sunna and the legal rulings of the faqih who is our source of imitation (marja' al-taqlid). Our culture is crystal clear. It is not complicated and is accessible to all.
No one can imagine the importance of our military potential as our military apparatus is not separate from our overall social fabric. Each of us is a fighting soldier. And when it becomes necessary to carry out the Holy War, each of us takes up his assignment in the fight in accordance with the injunctions of the Law, and that in the framework of the mission carried out under the tutelage of the Commanding Jurist.
Our Fight
The US has tried, through its local agents, to persuade the people that those who crushed their arrogance in Lebanon and frustrated their conspiracy against the oppressed (mustad'afin) were nothing but a bunch of fanatic terrorists whose sole aim is to dynamite bars and destroy slot machines. Such suggestions cannot and will not mislead our umma, for the whole world knows that whoever wishes to oppose the US, that arrogant superpower, cannot indulge in marginal acts which may make it deviate from its major objective. We combat abomination and we shall tear out its very roots, its primary roots, which are the US. All attempts made to drive us into marginal actions will fail, especially as our determination to fight the US is solid.
We declare openly and loudly that we are an umma which fears God only and is by no means ready to tolerate injustice, aggression and humiliation. America, its Atlantic Pact allies, and the Zionist entity in the holy land of Palestine, attacked us and continue to do so without respite. Their aim is to make us eat dust continually. This is why we are, more and more, in a state of permanent alert in order to repel aggression and defend our religion, our existence, our dignity. They invaded our country, destroyed our villages, slit the throats of our children, violated our sanctuaries and appointed masters over our people who committed the worst massacres against our umma. They do not cease to give support to these allies of Israel, and do not enable us to decide our future according to our own wishes.
In a single night the Israelis and the Phalangists executed thousands of our sons, women and children in Sabra and Shatilla. No international organization protested or denounced this ferocious massacre in an effective manner, a massacre perpetrated with the tacit accord of America's European allies, which had retreated a few days, maybe even a few hours earlier, from the Palestinian camps. The Lebanese defeatists accepted putting the camps under the protection of that crafty fox, the US envoy Philip Habib.
We have no alternative but to confront aggression by sacrifice. The coordination between the Phalangists and Israel continues and develops. A hundred thousand victims - this is the approximate balance sheet of crimes committed by them and by the US against us. Almost half a million Muslims were forced to leave their homes. Their quarters were virtually totally destroyed in Nab'a, my own Beirut suburb, as well as in Burj Hammud, Dekonaneh, Tel Zaatar, Sinbay, Ghawarina and Jubeil - all in areas controlled today by the 'Lebanese Forces',. The Zionist occupation then launched its usurpatory invasion of Lebanon in full and open collusion with the Phalanges. The latter condemned all attempts to resist the invading forces. They participated in the implementation of certain Israeli plans in order to accomplish its Lebanese dream and acceded to all Israeli requests in order to gain power.
And this is, in fact, what happened. Bashir Jumayyil, that butcher, seized power with the help also of OPEC countries and the Jumayyil family. Bashir tried to improve his ugly image by joining the six-member Committee of Public Safety presided over by former President Elias Sarkis, which was nothing but an American-Israeli bridge borrowed by the Phalangists in order to control the oppressed. Our people could not tolerate humiliation any more. It destroyed the oppressors, the invaders and their lackeys. But the US persisted in its folly and installed Amin Jumayyil to replace his brother. Some of his first so called achievements were to destroy the homes of refugees and other displaced persons, attack mosques, and order the army to bombard the southern suburbs of Beirut, where the oppressed people resided. He invited European troops to help him against us and signed the May 17th, [1984] accord with Israel making Lebanon an American protectorate.
Our people could not bear any more treachery. It decided to oppose infidelity - be it French, American or Israeli - by striking at their headquarters and launching a veritable war of resistance against the Occupation forces. Finally, the enemy had to decide to retreat by stages.
Our Objectives
Let us put it truthfully: the sons of Hizhallah know who are their major enemies in the Middle East - the Phalanges, Israel, France and the US. The sons of our umma are now in a state of growing confrontation with them, and will remain so until the realization of the following three objectives:
(a) to expel the Americans. the French and their allies definitely from Lebanon, putting an end to any colonialist entity on our land;
(b) to submit the Phalanges to a just power and bring them all to justice for the crimes they have perpetrated against Muslims and Christians;
(c) to permit all the sons of our people to determine their future and to choose in all the liberty the form of government they desire. We call upon all of them to pick the option of Islamic government which, alone, is capable of guaranteeing justice and liberty for all. Only an Islamic regime can stop any further tentative attempts of imperialistic infiltration into our country.
These are Lebanon's objectives; those are its enemies. As for our friends, they are all the world's oppressed peoples. Our friends are also those who combat our enemies and who defend us from their evil. Towards these friends, individuals as well as organizations, we turn and say:
Friends, wherever you are in Lebanon... we are in agreement with you on the great and necessary objectives: destroying American hegemony in our land; putting an end to the burdensome Israeli Occupation; beating back all the Phalangists' attempts to monopolize power and administration.
Even though we have, friends, quite different viewpoints as to the means of the struggle, on the levels upon which it must be carried out, we should surmount these tiny divergencies and consolidate cooperation between us in view of the grand design.
We are an umma which adheres to the message of Islam. We want all the oppressed to be able to study the divine message in order to bring justice, peace and tranquillity to the world. This is why we don't want to impose Islam upon anybody, as much as we that others impose upon us their convictions and their political systems. We don't want Islam to reign in Lebanon by force as is the case with the Maronites today. This is the minimum that we can accept in order to be able to accede by legal means to realize our ambitions, to save Lebanon from its dependence upon East and West, to put an end to foreign occupation and to adopt a regime freely wanted by the people of Lebanon.
This is our perception of the present state of affairs. This is the Lebanon we envision. In the light of our conceptions, our opposition to the present system is the function of two factors; (1) the present regime is the product of an arrogance so unjust that no reform or modification can remedy it. It should be changed radically, and (2) World Imperialism which is hostile to Islam.
We consider that all opposition in Lebanon voiced in the name of reform can only profit, ultimately, the present system. All such opposition which operates within the framework of the conservation and safeguarding of the present constitution without demanding changes at the level of the very foundation of the regime is, hence, an opposition of pure formality which cannot satisfy the interests of the oppressed masses. Likewise, any opposition which confronts the present regime but within the limits fixed by it, is an illusory opposition which renders a great service to the Jumayyil system. Moreover, we cannot be concerned by any proposition of political reform which accepts the rotten system actually in effect. We could not care less about the creation of this or that governmental coalition or about the participation of this or that political personality in some ministerial post, which is but a part of this unjust regime.
The politics followed by the chiefs of political Maronism through the 'Lebanese Front' and the 'Lebanese Forces' cannot guarantee peace and tranquillity for the Christians of Lebanon, whereas it is predicated upon 'asabiyya (narrow-minded particularism), on confessional privileges and on the alliance with colonialism. The Lebanese crisis has proven that confessional privileges are one of the principal causes of the great explosion which ravaged the country. It also proved that outside help was of no use to the Christians of Lebanon, just when they need it most. The bell tolled for the fanatic Christians to rid themselves of denominational allegiance and of illusion deriving from the monopolization of privileges to the detriment of other communities. The Christians should answer the appeal from heaven and have recourse to reason instead of arms, to persuasion instead of confessionalism.
To the Christians
If you, Christians, cannot tolerate that Muslims share with you certain domains of government, Allah has also made it intolerable for Muslims to participate in an unjust regime, unjust for you and for us, in a regime which is not predicated upon the prescriptions (ahkam) of religion and upon the basis of the Law (the Shari’a) as laid down by Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets. If you search for justice, who is more just than Allah? It is He who sent down from the sky the message of Islam through his successive prophets in order that they judge the people and give everyone his rights. If you were deceived and misled into believing that we anticipate vengeance against you - your fears are unjustified. For those of you who are peaceful, continue to live in our midst without anybody even thinking to trouble you.
We don't wish you evil. We call upon you to embrace Islam so that you can be happy in this world and the next. If you refuse to adhere to Islam, maintain your ties with the Muslims and don't take part in any activity against them. Free yourselves from the consequences of hateful confessionalism. Banish from your hearts all fanaticism and parochialism. Open your hearts to our Call (da'wa) which we address to you. Open yourselves up to Islam where you'll find salvation and happiness upon earth and in the hereafter. We extend this invitation also to all the oppressed among the non-Muslims. As for those who belong to Islam only formally, we exhort them to adhere to Islam in religious practice and to renounce all fanaticisms which are rejected by our religion.
World Scene
We reject both the USSR and the US, both Capitalism and Communism, for both are incapable of laying the foundations for a just society.
With special vehemence we reject UNIFIL as they were sent by world arrogance to occupy areas evacuated by Israel and serve for the latter as a buffer zone. They should be treated much like the Zionists. All should know that the goals of the Phalangists regime do not carry any weight with the Combatants of the Holy War, i.e., the Islamic resistance. This is the quagmire which awaits all foreign intervention.
There, then, are our conceptions and our objectives which serve as our basis and inspire our march. Those who accept them should know that all rights belong to Allah and He bestows them. Those who reject them, we'll be patient with them, till Allah decides between us and the people of injustice.
The Necessity for the Destruction of Israel (See ICT Note)
We see in Israel the vanguard of the United States in our Islamic world. It is the hated enemy that must be fought until the hated ones get what they deserve. This enemy is the greatest danger to our future generations and to the destiny of our lands, particularly as it glorifies the ideas of settlement and expansion, initiated in Palestine, and yearning outward to the extension of the Great Israel, from the Euphrates to the Nile.
Our primary assumption in our fight against Israel states that the Zionist entity is aggressive from its inception, and built on lands wrested from their owners, at the expense of the rights of the Muslim people. Therefore our struggle will end only when this entity is obliterated. We recognize no treaty with it, no cease fire, and no peace agreements, whether separate or consolidated.
We vigorously condemn all plans for negotiation with Israel, and regard all negotiators as enemies, for the reason that such negotiation is nothing but the recognition of the legitimacy of the Zionist occupation of Palestine. Therefore we oppose and reject the Camp David Agreements, the proposals of King Fahd, the Fez and Reagan plan, Brezhnev's and the French-Egyptian proposals, and all other programs that include the recognition (even the implied recognition) of the Zionist entity.

We are often asked: Who are we, the Hizballah, and what is our identity? We are the sons of the umma (Muslim community) - the party of God (Hizb Allah) the vanguard of which was made victorious by God in Iran. There the vanguard succeeded to lay down the bases of a Muslim state which plays a central role in the world. We obey the orders of one leader, wise and just, that of our tutor and faqih (jurist) who fulfills all the necessary conditions: Ruhollah Musawi Khomeini. God save him!
By virtue of the above, we do not constitute an organized and closed party in Lebanon. nor are we a tight political cadre. We are an umma linked to the Muslims of the whole world by the solid doctrinal and religious connection of Islam, whose message God wanted to be fulfilled by the Seal of the Prophets, i.e., Muhammad. This is why whatever touches or strikes the Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq, the Philippines and elsewhere reverberates throughout the whole Muslim umma of which we are an integral part. Our behavior is dictated to us by legal principles laid down by the light of an overall political conception defined by the leading jurist (wilayat al-faqih).
As for our culture, it is based on the Holy Koran, the Sunna and the legal rulings of the faqih who is our source of imitation (marja' al-taqlid). Our culture is crystal clear. It is not complicated and is accessible to all.
No one can imagine the importance of our military potential as our military apparatus is not separate from our overall social fabric. Each of us is a fighting soldier. And when it becomes necessary to carry out the Holy War, each of us takes up his assignment in the fight in accordance with the injunctions of the Law, and that in the framework of the mission carried out under the tutelage of the Commanding Jurist.
Our Fight
The US has tried, through its local agents, to persuade the people that those who crushed their arrogance in Lebanon and frustrated their conspiracy against the oppressed (mustad'afin) were nothing but a bunch of fanatic terrorists whose sole aim is to dynamite bars and destroy slot machines. Such suggestions cannot and will not mislead our umma, for the whole world knows that whoever wishes to oppose the US, that arrogant superpower, cannot indulge in marginal acts which may make it deviate from its major objective. We combat abomination and we shall tear out its very roots, its primary roots, which are the US. All attempts made to drive us into marginal actions will fail, especially as our determination to fight the US is solid.
We declare openly and loudly that we are an umma which fears God only and is by no means ready to tolerate injustice, aggression and humiliation. America, its Atlantic Pact allies, and the Zionist entity in the holy land of Palestine, attacked us and continue to do so without respite. Their aim is to make us eat dust continually. This is why we are, more and more, in a state of permanent alert in order to repel aggression and defend our religion, our existence, our dignity. They invaded our country, destroyed our villages, slit the throats of our children, violated our sanctuaries and appointed masters over our people who committed the worst massacres against our umma. They do not cease to give support to these allies of Israel, and do not enable us to decide our future according to our own wishes.
In a single night the Israelis and the Phalangists executed thousands of our sons, women and children in Sabra and Shatilla. No international organization protested or denounced this ferocious massacre in an effective manner, a massacre perpetrated with the tacit accord of America's European allies, which had retreated a few days, maybe even a few hours earlier, from the Palestinian camps. The Lebanese defeatists accepted putting the camps under the protection of that crafty fox, the US envoy Philip Habib.
We have no alternative but to confront aggression by sacrifice. The coordination between the Phalangists and Israel continues and develops. A hundred thousand victims - this is the approximate balance sheet of crimes committed by them and by the US against us. Almost half a million Muslims were forced to leave their homes. Their quarters were virtually totally destroyed in Nab'a, my own Beirut suburb, as well as in Burj Hammud, Dekonaneh, Tel Zaatar, Sinbay, Ghawarina and Jubeil - all in areas controlled today by the 'Lebanese Forces',. The Zionist occupation then launched its usurpatory invasion of Lebanon in full and open collusion with the Phalanges. The latter condemned all attempts to resist the invading forces. They participated in the implementation of certain Israeli plans in order to accomplish its Lebanese dream and acceded to all Israeli requests in order to gain power.
And this is, in fact, what happened. Bashir Jumayyil, that butcher, seized power with the help also of OPEC countries and the Jumayyil family. Bashir tried to improve his ugly image by joining the six-member Committee of Public Safety presided over by former President Elias Sarkis, which was nothing but an American-Israeli bridge borrowed by the Phalangists in order to control the oppressed. Our people could not tolerate humiliation any more. It destroyed the oppressors, the invaders and their lackeys. But the US persisted in its folly and installed Amin Jumayyil to replace his brother. Some of his first so called achievements were to destroy the homes of refugees and other displaced persons, attack mosques, and order the army to bombard the southern suburbs of Beirut, where the oppressed people resided. He invited European troops to help him against us and signed the May 17th, [1984] accord with Israel making Lebanon an American protectorate.
Our people could not bear any more treachery. It decided to oppose infidelity - be it French, American or Israeli - by striking at their headquarters and launching a veritable war of resistance against the Occupation forces. Finally, the enemy had to decide to retreat by stages.
Our Objectives
Let us put it truthfully: the sons of Hizhallah know who are their major enemies in the Middle East - the Phalanges, Israel, France and the US. The sons of our umma are now in a state of growing confrontation with them, and will remain so until the realization of the following three objectives:
(a) to expel the Americans. the French and their allies definitely from Lebanon, putting an end to any colonialist entity on our land;
(b) to submit the Phalanges to a just power and bring them all to justice for the crimes they have perpetrated against Muslims and Christians;
(c) to permit all the sons of our people to determine their future and to choose in all the liberty the form of government they desire. We call upon all of them to pick the option of Islamic government which, alone, is capable of guaranteeing justice and liberty for all. Only an Islamic regime can stop any further tentative attempts of imperialistic infiltration into our country.
These are Lebanon's objectives; those are its enemies. As for our friends, they are all the world's oppressed peoples. Our friends are also those who combat our enemies and who defend us from their evil. Towards these friends, individuals as well as organizations, we turn and say:
Friends, wherever you are in Lebanon... we are in agreement with you on the great and necessary objectives: destroying American hegemony in our land; putting an end to the burdensome Israeli Occupation; beating back all the Phalangists' attempts to monopolize power and administration.
Even though we have, friends, quite different viewpoints as to the means of the struggle, on the levels upon which it must be carried out, we should surmount these tiny divergencies and consolidate cooperation between us in view of the grand design.
We are an umma which adheres to the message of Islam. We want all the oppressed to be able to study the divine message in order to bring justice, peace and tranquillity to the world. This is why we don't want to impose Islam upon anybody, as much as we that others impose upon us their convictions and their political systems. We don't want Islam to reign in Lebanon by force as is the case with the Maronites today. This is the minimum that we can accept in order to be able to accede by legal means to realize our ambitions, to save Lebanon from its dependence upon East and West, to put an end to foreign occupation and to adopt a regime freely wanted by the people of Lebanon.
This is our perception of the present state of affairs. This is the Lebanon we envision. In the light of our conceptions, our opposition to the present system is the function of two factors; (1) the present regime is the product of an arrogance so unjust that no reform or modification can remedy it. It should be changed radically, and (2) World Imperialism which is hostile to Islam.
We consider that all opposition in Lebanon voiced in the name of reform can only profit, ultimately, the present system. All such opposition which operates within the framework of the conservation and safeguarding of the present constitution without demanding changes at the level of the very foundation of the regime is, hence, an opposition of pure formality which cannot satisfy the interests of the oppressed masses. Likewise, any opposition which confronts the present regime but within the limits fixed by it, is an illusory opposition which renders a great service to the Jumayyil system. Moreover, we cannot be concerned by any proposition of political reform which accepts the rotten system actually in effect. We could not care less about the creation of this or that governmental coalition or about the participation of this or that political personality in some ministerial post, which is but a part of this unjust regime.
The politics followed by the chiefs of political Maronism through the 'Lebanese Front' and the 'Lebanese Forces' cannot guarantee peace and tranquillity for the Christians of Lebanon, whereas it is predicated upon 'asabiyya (narrow-minded particularism), on confessional privileges and on the alliance with colonialism. The Lebanese crisis has proven that confessional privileges are one of the principal causes of the great explosion which ravaged the country. It also proved that outside help was of no use to the Christians of Lebanon, just when they need it most. The bell tolled for the fanatic Christians to rid themselves of denominational allegiance and of illusion deriving from the monopolization of privileges to the detriment of other communities. The Christians should answer the appeal from heaven and have recourse to reason instead of arms, to persuasion instead of confessionalism.
To the Christians
If you, Christians, cannot tolerate that Muslims share with you certain domains of government, Allah has also made it intolerable for Muslims to participate in an unjust regime, unjust for you and for us, in a regime which is not predicated upon the prescriptions (ahkam) of religion and upon the basis of the Law (the Shari’a) as laid down by Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets. If you search for justice, who is more just than Allah? It is He who sent down from the sky the message of Islam through his successive prophets in order that they judge the people and give everyone his rights. If you were deceived and misled into believing that we anticipate vengeance against you - your fears are unjustified. For those of you who are peaceful, continue to live in our midst without anybody even thinking to trouble you.
We don't wish you evil. We call upon you to embrace Islam so that you can be happy in this world and the next. If you refuse to adhere to Islam, maintain your ties with the Muslims and don't take part in any activity against them. Free yourselves from the consequences of hateful confessionalism. Banish from your hearts all fanaticism and parochialism. Open your hearts to our Call (da'wa) which we address to you. Open yourselves up to Islam where you'll find salvation and happiness upon earth and in the hereafter. We extend this invitation also to all the oppressed among the non-Muslims. As for those who belong to Islam only formally, we exhort them to adhere to Islam in religious practice and to renounce all fanaticisms which are rejected by our religion.
World Scene
We reject both the USSR and the US, both Capitalism and Communism, for both are incapable of laying the foundations for a just society.
With special vehemence we reject UNIFIL as they were sent by world arrogance to occupy areas evacuated by Israel and serve for the latter as a buffer zone. They should be treated much like the Zionists. All should know that the goals of the Phalangists regime do not carry any weight with the Combatants of the Holy War, i.e., the Islamic resistance. حزب الله: لا نؤمن بوطن إسـمه لبنان
هذا الشـعار لم يكن البداية، إنما منتصف الطريق.
البداية كانت سـنة 1982، زمن تأسيـس نواة حركة الثورة الإسـلامية في لبنان (حزب اللـه) على يد الحرس الثوري الإيراني للعمل على إنشـاء جمهورية إسـلامية فقيهية في لبنان.
ففي البداية بَشَّـرنا ابراهيم الأمين، وهو الناطق الرسـمي الأول أو الأمين العام الأول لحركة حزب اللـه، بشـرنا بأنهم لا يمثلون إيران في لبنان بل هم إيران في لبنان. قالوها لنا بكل وضوح يومها لكي لا نسـيء فهمهم.
ثم كرَّت السـبحة، سـبحة خطة حركة حزب اللـه للإسـتيلاء على لبنان التعايـش وقلب نظامه لتطبيق مشـروع الجمهورية الفقيهية.
تعالوا لنسـتعرض سـوياً أقوالاً لأمين عام حركة حزب اللـه الحالي حسـن نصرالله من الفترة الممتدة من قبل أن يكون أميناً عاماً لحركة الثورة الإسـلامية إلى الآن ونرى هل مشـروع الجمهورية الإسلامية كان بحساباتهم يوماً ما وانتهى؟ أم ما زال قائماُ برغم كل ادعاءاتهم؟
من أقوال حسـن نصرالله:
لا نؤمن بوطن إسـمه لبنان، بل بالوطن الإسلامي الكبير (النهار في أيلول 1986).
في كل الحركات الثورية التي جرت على مر العصور، وكل الثوار الذين قرأنا عنهم، من الذين فشـلوا في ثوراتهم أو الذين نجحوا بتغيير أنظمتهم، لم نسـمع أن أحداً منهم قال: أنا لا أؤمن بوطني. ما عدا حسـن نصرالله، وفقط هو، قال إنه لا يؤمن بوطنه لبنان. عادة من لا يؤمن بوطنه يرحل عنه أو يحاول تغييره. فهل هذا ما يحاول فعله حسـن نصرالله؟
ثم يقول لنا نصرالله:
إن لبنان وهذه المنطقة هي للإسلام والمسلمين، ويجب أن يحكمها الإسلام والمسـلمون (السـفير في 12 تموز 1987).
هل هذا هو مشـروع جماعة حزب اللـه؟ يحاولون تغيير الوطن لبنان الذي لا يؤمنون به إلى جمهورية إسلامية فقيهية؟
ويتابع حسن نصرالله ليخبرنا لماذا على اللبنانيين أن يحاربوا حتى الموت:
كلنا في لبنان حاضرون للتضحية بأنفسـنا وبمصالحنا وبأمننا وسـلامتنا وبكل شـيء لتبقى الثورة في إيران قوية متماسـكة (النهار 9 آذار 1987).
وهذا الكلام ليـس فقط كلام قد يكون تفوّه به نصرالله عبثاً إنما هو قناعة إذ أن كلامه يتطابق مع كلام حسـين شريعتمداري رئيس تحرير صحيفة "كيهان" الإيرانية والمقرب من خامنئي في آب 2006 (يعني في زمن الحرب الإسرائيلية) الذي قال:
إن حزب الله لا يقاتل من أجل السـجناء ولا من أجل مزارع شـبعا أو حتى القضايا العربية أياً كانت وفي أي وقت، وإنما من أجل إيران في صراعها لمنع الولايات المتحدة من إقامة شرق أوسط أميركي.
هي قناعة للفكر الإيراني ولكل من يؤمن بالفكر والوطن الإيراني وليس بالوطن لبنان. فالسـيد حسن نصرالله، كما قال لنا، هو مسـتعد للتضحية بكل شـيء، (حتى الوطن لبنان الذي لا يؤمن به؟) لتبقى الثورة في إيران متماسـكة. هل هذا ما فعله في حربه ضد إسـرائيل عام 2006؟
وتأكيداً للكلام قال لنا حسن نصرالله عن صراعه:
الأولوية في صراع حزب الله محكومة بأسـاسين: تحرير القدس وإزالة اسـرائيل من الوجود، وحفظ الثورة الإسلامية في إيران (السفير 16 حزيران 1986).
إلى الآن لا هم لجماعة حركة حزب اللـه إلا إيران والثورة الإسـلامية في إيران. أين لبنان؟ لا وجود لوطن اسـمه لبنان في حسـاباتهم إذ أنهم لا يؤمنون به بل بالوطن الإسلامي الكبير. والوطن الإسلامي هو على الطريقة الإيرانية طبعاً إذ "إن الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران مسؤوليتنا جميعاً وليست مسؤولية الشعب الإيراني وحده، وعلى المسلمين أن يخدموها ويساعدوها لأنها قلب الإسلام النابض وقرآن الله الناطق ("العهد" 23 حزيران 1989).
ألهذا السبب يريدنا السيد حسن أن نضحي بوطننا لتبقى الثورة الإسلامية في إيران متماسكة؟ وهل يشعر كافة المسلمين في الشرق (أو العالم) بأن إيران فعلاً هي قرآن الله الناطق؟ أم يجب فرض هذا المنطق على الشعوب قاطبة؟
أسأل هنا، وماذا عن غير المسلمين؟ هل نلغيهم؟ أم يعيشون أهل ذمة؟
لكي يصل حسن نصرالله إلى ما تتوق إليه نفسـه (الحكم الإسلامي) يخبرنا قائلاً:
...نحن لا نملك مقومات حكم في لبنان والمنطقة، لكن علينا أن نعمل لنحقق هذا. ومن أهم الوسائل تحويل لبنان مجتمع حرب (السفير، نيسان 1986).
وقد كرر كلامه مرة ثانية قائلاً: مشروعنا هو إقامة مجتمع المقاومة والحرب في لبنان (السفير، تشرين الثاني 1987).
هل وصلت إلى هدفك المبدئي قبل إعلان الحكومة الفقيهية يا سيد حسن؟
هل حولت لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب؟ أم يلزم بعد فوضى أكثر؟
وهل تحويل لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب هي الخطوة الأخيرة قبل البدء بالإنقلاب لكي تملك مقومات الحكم في لبنان؟ أم هناك خطوات سـتليها قبل إعلان حكم الإمام المهدي؟
وفي جريدة النهار في نيسـان 1988 قال:
على المسلمين أن يسعوا إلى إقامة الحكومات الإسلامية في بلدانهم، ولا عجب أن ندعو في لبنان إلى إقامة الدولة الإسلامية من أجل إقامة السلام العادل الذي يعمل من أجله الإمام المهدي.
طبعاُ، لا عجب. فلبنان الوطن لكل الطوائف لا يعجبك بل تريده حكماً إسلامياً فقيهياً على طريقة الإمام المهدي.
قد يعتقد البعض، أو قد يبرر البعض الآخر، بأن هذا الكلام من الثمانينات، وحركة حزباللـه لا تتبناه اليوم.
للرد نقول، إن من اتبع أيديولوجية معينة خلال أكثر من عقد كامل من الزمن وعمل على تحقيقها، من الصعب أن يغير فكره كرامة سواد عيوننا. ثم أنه، السيد حسن، لم يغيّر ولم يبدّل بكلامه، فهو أدلى بحديث لمطبوعة إيرانية اسـمها "رسـالة الحسين" نشـر في شـهر آب 2006 أي إبان الحرب الإسرائيلية يقول فيه: إن رغبة حزب الله هي إقامة جمهورية إسلامية يوماً، لأن حزب الله يعتقد أن إقامة حكومة إسلامية هي الطريق الوحيد لتحقيق الاستقرار للمجتمع.
إذاً، في حسـاباته، فإن مشروع الجمهورية الإسلامية-الحكم الإسلامي ما زال قائماُ.
لماذا كل هذا؟
لماذا الجمهورية الإسلامية في لبنان؟
يخبرنا السيد حسن بالتكليف المعطى له قائلاً:
دعانا الإمام لإقامة الحكومة الإسلامية في أي بلد نعيش فيه وهذا ما يجب أن نعمل له وأن نفهمه تكليفاً شرعياً واضحاً، وان نعمل له في لبنان وفي غير لبنان، لأنه خطاب الله منذ أن خلق آدم ("العهد" 23 حزيران 1989).
التكليف شرعي وواضح ويجب أن يعملوا له، وهو إقامة حكومة إسلامية في لبنان. وعندما يكون هناك تكليفاً فعبثاً الكلام، وأي كلام آخر إنما هو مضيعة للوقت للوصول إلى الهدف الذي كُلِّفوا به.
إذاً هو ما زال مُصِراً على العمل لإقامة الحكم الإسلامي على أرض لبنان. فما بدأ في أوائل الثمانينات مسـتمر إلى يومنا هذا بخطوات ثابتة: تحويل لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب، عدم السماح بانتخاب رئيس للجمهورية، عدم الإعتراف بالحكومة، إغلاق مجلس النواب، مربعات أمنية، إلى ما هنالك من مظاهر مسلحة وتهويل بقطع الرؤوس حيناً وتكسيرها حيناً آخر، علّها تساهم في إخافة اللبنانيين من حركة الثورة الإسلامية في لبنان.
ويبقى السؤال الذي طُرِح يوماً ولم يلق جواباً وهو، عندما يتكلم السيد حسن عن الأمة، عن أي أمة يتكلم؟
قد يعتقد البعض أنه يتكلم عن الأمة العربية فتتحمس الشعوب التي تؤمن بالعروبة وتصفق له.
وقد يعتقد البعض الآخر بأنه يتكلم عن الأمة الإسلامية فتدغدغ شعوره الديني ليصدق من بعدها ما يرويه له السيد حسن من مآثر.
ولكن الحقيقة تكمن في كلام حسن نصرالله حين قال:
"إن حزب الله أمة في لبنان لم تخرج من أجل سلطان ولا مال. هذه الأمة وجدت أن الحق لا يعمل به، فخرجت تصلح في هذه الأرض، كل الأرض، لتقيم فيها حاكمية العدل الإلهي التي تتواصل وتتكامل بظهور صاحب العمر والزمان" (السفير، 16 أيلول 1986).
إذاً فالأمة التي يتكلم عنها نصرالله إنما هي أمة حزب الله.
وهذا الكلام إنما هو نابع من الفكر الحزباللهي الوارد في البيان التأسيسي لحزب الله الذي سُـمي بالرسالة المفتوحة وبعنوان "من نحن وما هي هويتنا؟" وقد تلاه ابراهيم الأمين في 16 شباط 1985 في حسينية الشياح، ومنه:
"إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله التي نصر الله طليعتها في إيران وأسست من جديد نواة دولة الإسلام المركزية في العالم. نلتزم أوامر قيادة واحدة حكيمة تتمثل بالولي الفقيه الجامع للشرائط. كل واحد منا يتولى مهمته في المعركة وفقاً لتكليفه الشرعي في إطار العمل بولاية الفقيه القائد. نحن في لبنان لا نعتبر أنفسنا منفصلين عن الثورة في إيران... نحن نعتبر أنفسنا ـ وندعو الله أن نصبح ـ جزءاً من الجيش الذي يرغب في تشكيله الإمام من أجل تحرير القدس الشريف.
ألهذا السبب يريد جماعة حزب اللـه أن يتفرَّدوا بالقرار؟ لأنهم يحصلون على تكليف شرعي بالقتال فيُلزمهم ولكنه لا يُلزم بقية اللبنانيين.
ختاماً نود أن أسـأل: أين لبنان في كل هذا؟
الجواب:
لبنان هو الوطن الذي لا يؤمنون به ومسـتعدون للتضحية بكل شيء (حتى به؟) في سبيل أن تبقى الثورة الإسلامية في إيران متم

هذا الشـعار لم يكن البداية، إنما منتصف الطريق.
البداية كانت سـنة 1982، زمن تأسيـس نواة حركة الثورة الإسـلامية في لبنان (حزب اللـه) على يد الحرس الثوري الإيراني للعمل على إنشـاء جمهورية إسـلامية فقيهية في لبنان.
ففي البداية بَشَّـرنا ابراهيم الأمين، وهو الناطق الرسـمي الأول أو الأمين العام الأول لحركة حزب اللـه، بشـرنا بأنهم لا يمثلون إيران في لبنان بل هم إيران في لبنان. قالوها لنا بكل وضوح يومها لكي لا نسـيء فهمهم.
ثم كرَّت السـبحة، سـبحة خطة حركة حزب اللـه للإسـتيلاء على لبنان التعايـش وقلب نظامه لتطبيق مشـروع الجمهورية الفقيهية.
تعالوا لنسـتعرض سـوياً أقوالاً لأمين عام حركة حزب اللـه الحالي حسـن نصرالله من الفترة الممتدة من قبل أن يكون أميناً عاماً لحركة الثورة الإسـلامية إلى الآن ونرى هل مشـروع الجمهورية الإسلامية كان بحساباتهم يوماً ما وانتهى؟ أم ما زال قائماُ برغم كل ادعاءاتهم؟
من أقوال حسـن نصرالله:
لا نؤمن بوطن إسـمه لبنان، بل بالوطن الإسلامي الكبير (النهار في أيلول 1986).
في كل الحركات الثورية التي جرت على مر العصور، وكل الثوار الذين قرأنا عنهم، من الذين فشـلوا في ثوراتهم أو الذين نجحوا بتغيير أنظمتهم، لم نسـمع أن أحداً منهم قال: أنا لا أؤمن بوطني. ما عدا حسـن نصرالله، وفقط هو، قال إنه لا يؤمن بوطنه لبنان. عادة من لا يؤمن بوطنه يرحل عنه أو يحاول تغييره. فهل هذا ما يحاول فعله حسـن نصرالله؟
ثم يقول لنا نصرالله:
إن لبنان وهذه المنطقة هي للإسلام والمسلمين، ويجب أن يحكمها الإسلام والمسـلمون (السـفير في 12 تموز 1987).
هل هذا هو مشـروع جماعة حزب اللـه؟ يحاولون تغيير الوطن لبنان الذي لا يؤمنون به إلى جمهورية إسلامية فقيهية؟
ويتابع حسن نصرالله ليخبرنا لماذا على اللبنانيين أن يحاربوا حتى الموت:
كلنا في لبنان حاضرون للتضحية بأنفسـنا وبمصالحنا وبأمننا وسـلامتنا وبكل شـيء لتبقى الثورة في إيران قوية متماسـكة (النهار 9 آذار 1987).
وهذا الكلام ليـس فقط كلام قد يكون تفوّه به نصرالله عبثاً إنما هو قناعة إذ أن كلامه يتطابق مع كلام حسـين شريعتمداري رئيس تحرير صحيفة "كيهان" الإيرانية والمقرب من خامنئي في آب 2006 (يعني في زمن الحرب الإسرائيلية) الذي قال:
إن حزب الله لا يقاتل من أجل السـجناء ولا من أجل مزارع شـبعا أو حتى القضايا العربية أياً كانت وفي أي وقت، وإنما من أجل إيران في صراعها لمنع الولايات المتحدة من إقامة شرق أوسط أميركي.
هي قناعة للفكر الإيراني ولكل من يؤمن بالفكر والوطن الإيراني وليس بالوطن لبنان. فالسـيد حسن نصرالله، كما قال لنا، هو مسـتعد للتضحية بكل شـيء، (حتى الوطن لبنان الذي لا يؤمن به؟) لتبقى الثورة في إيران متماسـكة. هل هذا ما فعله في حربه ضد إسـرائيل عام 2006؟
وتأكيداً للكلام قال لنا حسن نصرالله عن صراعه:
الأولوية في صراع حزب الله محكومة بأسـاسين: تحرير القدس وإزالة اسـرائيل من الوجود، وحفظ الثورة الإسلامية في إيران (السفير 16 حزيران 1986).
إلى الآن لا هم لجماعة حركة حزب اللـه إلا إيران والثورة الإسـلامية في إيران. أين لبنان؟ لا وجود لوطن اسـمه لبنان في حسـاباتهم إذ أنهم لا يؤمنون به بل بالوطن الإسلامي الكبير. والوطن الإسلامي هو على الطريقة الإيرانية طبعاً إذ "إن الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران مسؤوليتنا جميعاً وليست مسؤولية الشعب الإيراني وحده، وعلى المسلمين أن يخدموها ويساعدوها لأنها قلب الإسلام النابض وقرآن الله الناطق ("العهد" 23 حزيران 1989).
ألهذا السبب يريدنا السيد حسن أن نضحي بوطننا لتبقى الثورة الإسلامية في إيران متماسكة؟ وهل يشعر كافة المسلمين في الشرق (أو العالم) بأن إيران فعلاً هي قرآن الله الناطق؟ أم يجب فرض هذا المنطق على الشعوب قاطبة؟
أسأل هنا، وماذا عن غير المسلمين؟ هل نلغيهم؟ أم يعيشون أهل ذمة؟
لكي يصل حسن نصرالله إلى ما تتوق إليه نفسـه (الحكم الإسلامي) يخبرنا قائلاً:
...نحن لا نملك مقومات حكم في لبنان والمنطقة، لكن علينا أن نعمل لنحقق هذا. ومن أهم الوسائل تحويل لبنان مجتمع حرب (السفير، نيسان 1986).
وقد كرر كلامه مرة ثانية قائلاً: مشروعنا هو إقامة مجتمع المقاومة والحرب في لبنان (السفير، تشرين الثاني 1987).
هل وصلت إلى هدفك المبدئي قبل إعلان الحكومة الفقيهية يا سيد حسن؟
هل حولت لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب؟ أم يلزم بعد فوضى أكثر؟
وهل تحويل لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب هي الخطوة الأخيرة قبل البدء بالإنقلاب لكي تملك مقومات الحكم في لبنان؟ أم هناك خطوات سـتليها قبل إعلان حكم الإمام المهدي؟
وفي جريدة النهار في نيسـان 1988 قال:
على المسلمين أن يسعوا إلى إقامة الحكومات الإسلامية في بلدانهم، ولا عجب أن ندعو في لبنان إلى إقامة الدولة الإسلامية من أجل إقامة السلام العادل الذي يعمل من أجله الإمام المهدي.
طبعاُ، لا عجب. فلبنان الوطن لكل الطوائف لا يعجبك بل تريده حكماً إسلامياً فقيهياً على طريقة الإمام المهدي.
قد يعتقد البعض، أو قد يبرر البعض الآخر، بأن هذا الكلام من الثمانينات، وحركة حزباللـه لا تتبناه اليوم.
للرد نقول، إن من اتبع أيديولوجية معينة خلال أكثر من عقد كامل من الزمن وعمل على تحقيقها، من الصعب أن يغير فكره كرامة سواد عيوننا. ثم أنه، السيد حسن، لم يغيّر ولم يبدّل بكلامه، فهو أدلى بحديث لمطبوعة إيرانية اسـمها "رسـالة الحسين" نشـر في شـهر آب 2006 أي إبان الحرب الإسرائيلية يقول فيه: إن رغبة حزب الله هي إقامة جمهورية إسلامية يوماً، لأن حزب الله يعتقد أن إقامة حكومة إسلامية هي الطريق الوحيد لتحقيق الاستقرار للمجتمع.
إذاً، في حسـاباته، فإن مشروع الجمهورية الإسلامية-الحكم الإسلامي ما زال قائماُ.
لماذا كل هذا؟
لماذا الجمهورية الإسلامية في لبنان؟
يخبرنا السيد حسن بالتكليف المعطى له قائلاً:
دعانا الإمام لإقامة الحكومة الإسلامية في أي بلد نعيش فيه وهذا ما يجب أن نعمل له وأن نفهمه تكليفاً شرعياً واضحاً، وان نعمل له في لبنان وفي غير لبنان، لأنه خطاب الله منذ أن خلق آدم ("العهد" 23 حزيران 1989).
التكليف شرعي وواضح ويجب أن يعملوا له، وهو إقامة حكومة إسلامية في لبنان. وعندما يكون هناك تكليفاً فعبثاً الكلام، وأي كلام آخر إنما هو مضيعة للوقت للوصول إلى الهدف الذي كُلِّفوا به.
إذاً هو ما زال مُصِراً على العمل لإقامة الحكم الإسلامي على أرض لبنان. فما بدأ في أوائل الثمانينات مسـتمر إلى يومنا هذا بخطوات ثابتة: تحويل لبنان إلى مجتمع حرب، عدم السماح بانتخاب رئيس للجمهورية، عدم الإعتراف بالحكومة، إغلاق مجلس النواب، مربعات أمنية، إلى ما هنالك من مظاهر مسلحة وتهويل بقطع الرؤوس حيناً وتكسيرها حيناً آخر، علّها تساهم في إخافة اللبنانيين من حركة الثورة الإسلامية في لبنان.
ويبقى السؤال الذي طُرِح يوماً ولم يلق جواباً وهو، عندما يتكلم السيد حسن عن الأمة، عن أي أمة يتكلم؟
قد يعتقد البعض أنه يتكلم عن الأمة العربية فتتحمس الشعوب التي تؤمن بالعروبة وتصفق له.
وقد يعتقد البعض الآخر بأنه يتكلم عن الأمة الإسلامية فتدغدغ شعوره الديني ليصدق من بعدها ما يرويه له السيد حسن من مآثر.
ولكن الحقيقة تكمن في كلام حسن نصرالله حين قال:
"إن حزب الله أمة في لبنان لم تخرج من أجل سلطان ولا مال. هذه الأمة وجدت أن الحق لا يعمل به، فخرجت تصلح في هذه الأرض، كل الأرض، لتقيم فيها حاكمية العدل الإلهي التي تتواصل وتتكامل بظهور صاحب العمر والزمان" (السفير، 16 أيلول 1986).
إذاً فالأمة التي يتكلم عنها نصرالله إنما هي أمة حزب الله.
وهذا الكلام إنما هو نابع من الفكر الحزباللهي الوارد في البيان التأسيسي لحزب الله الذي سُـمي بالرسالة المفتوحة وبعنوان "من نحن وما هي هويتنا؟" وقد تلاه ابراهيم الأمين في 16 شباط 1985 في حسينية الشياح، ومنه:

The ramblings of a disillusioned Lebanese!
My son sound asleep hoping for the snow storm to hit before school starts on Monday. Me, with my drink at hand, flicking through TV channels. “Escarmouche“ between Amal, Moustakbal, Hizbollah; the army intervenes, with no details. Some TV stations claims that the rift started because of lady (a Haifa look alike most probably), then each station went by airing their usual senseless stream of vulgarity. For a few seconds, scenes of youngsters lying on stretchers waiting to be taken to hospital. No words were spoken, no official statement was made. Al hurra, LBC, New Tv, O TV, Future X2, NBN, Al Jazira, Al Arabia…etc had texts scrolling on the bottom of their screens announcing that clashes are taking place in various areas of Beirut; with no details.
Still no communiqué from army or ISF. Talk of Molotov cocktails, Hizbollah quarters, Amal and Future followers, sporadic gun shots…etc; and still no communiqué from the army or the ISF.
And yet Michel Suleiman, went to pay his condolences to the Hizb and shared his sorrow for the loss of that great “moukawem” that Imad was.
And still M14 leaders reassured the Lebanese people that Michel Suleiman will be elected before the “Kumma Arabia” which will take place in Syria next month.
And still Lebanese people listened.
I switched off the TV, refilled my glass, went to my son’s room and placed a kiss on his forehead, took my gun out of its locked closet; and placed next to me.
No, I no longer believe in the gung ho theory; but I do believe that my country is no longer safe. I am not calling for “vigilante” style self security; I am demanding the rule of law.
Faute de mieux, I will protect my son and myself!
And still they talk of independence, freedom, sovereignty…etc, when they can’t even protect themselves, let alone insure public safety.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
}وّمّن يّتّوّلَّ الله ورّسٍولّهٍ والَّذٌينّ آمّنٍوا فّإنَّ حٌزًبّ الله هٍمٍ الغّالٌبٍونّ} [المائدة: 56] .
الرسالة المفتوحة التي وجهها حزب الله إلى المستضعفين في لبنان والعالم مبيناً فيها تصوراته ومنهجه بمناسبة الذكرى السنوية الأولى لاستشهاد رمز المقاومة الإسلامية شيخ الشهداء راغب حرب (رضوان الله عليهم). بتاريخ 26 جمادى الأول 1405هـ الموافق 16 شباط 1985م.
إهـــداء
إلى المشعل الذي ازداد تألقاً وضياءاً فأنار للمستضعفين في لبنان درب الحياة الحرة الكريمة، وأحرق بوهج دمائه الطاهرة جبروت الكيان الصهيوني وأسطورته. إلى الرائد الذي صدق أهله؛ فكان قدوة لهم في الجهاد، ولم يبخل عليهم بروحه حتى قضى شهيداً في سبيل نصرتهم، وشاهداً على ظلم الاستكبار العالمي وغطرسته. إلى رمز المقاومة الإسلامية الظافرة والانتفاضة الرائعة التي لا يزال أهلنا يسطرون أروع ملاحمها الحسينية في الجنوب والبقاع الغربي. إلى الذي بدد أحلام أمريكا في لبنان، وقاوم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي رافعاً لواء العمل بولاية الفقيه القائد الذي كان يحلو له دائماً أن يصفه بأمير المسلمين عبد الله الخميني. إلى شيخ الشهداء راغب حرب (رضوان الله عليه) نهدي في ذكراه السنوية هذه الرسالة المفتوحة إلى المستضعفين في العالم، مثبتين بين ثنايا سطورها الخط السياسي الإسلامي الثوري الذي جسده الشهيد السعيد مع إخوانه الشهداء ليكون نهجاً بيناً ودليلاً واضحاً لكل المجاهدين في لبنان.. سائلين المولى ـ سبحانه وتعالى ـ أن يفرغ علينا صبراً ويثبت أقدامنا وينصرنا على القوم الظالمين..

من نحن وما هي هويتنا؟
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار.. إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله في لبنان نحييكم ونخاطب من خلالكم العالم بأسره: شخصيات ومؤسسات، أحزاباً ومنظمات وهيئات سياسية وإنسانية وإعلامية.. ولا نستثني أحداً؛ لأننا حريصون على أن يسمع صوتنا الجميع، فيفهموا مقالتنا، ويستوعبوا طروحاتنا، ويتدارسوا مشروعنا.
إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله نعتبر أنفسنا جزءاً من أمة الإسلام في العالم التي تواجه أعتى هجمة استكبارية من الغرب والشرق على السواء بهدف تفريغها من مضمونها الرسالي الذي أنعم الله به عليها لتكون خير أمة أخرجت للناس تأمر بالمعروف وتنهى عن المنكر وتؤمن بالله، وبهدف استلاب خيراتها وثرواتها واستثمار طاقاتها وكفاءات أبنائها، والسيطرة على كافة شؤونها.
إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله التي نصر الله طليعتها في إيران، وأسست من جديد نواة دولة الإسلام المركزية في العالم.. نلتزم بأوامر قيادة واحدة حكيمة وعادلة تتمثل بالولي الفقيه الجامع للشرائط، وتتجسد حاضراً بالإمام المسدد آية الله العظمى روح الله الموسوي الخميني دام ظله.. مفجر ثورة المسلمين وباعث نهضتهم المجيدة. وعلى هذا الأساس فنحن في لبنان لسنا حزباَ تنظيمياً مغلقاً، ولسنا إطاراً سياسياً ضيقاً.. بل نحن أمة ترتبط مع المسلمين في كافة أنحاء العالم برباط عقائدي وسياسي متين هو الإسلام الذي أكمل الله رسالته على يد خاتم أنبيائه محمد ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( وارتضاه للعالمين ديناً يتعبدون به؛ إذ قال في القرآن الكريم:{اليّوًمّ أّكًمّلًتٍ لّكٍمً دٌينّكٍمً وأّتًمّمًتٍ عّلّيًكٍمً نٌعًمّتٌي ورّضٌيتٍ لّكٍمٍ الإسًلامّ دٌينْا} [المائدة: 3].
ومن هنا فإن ما يصيب المسلمين في أفغانستان أو العراق أو الفليبين أو غيرها إنما يصيب جسم أمتنا الإسلامية التي نحن جزء لا يتجزأ منها، ونتحرك لمواجهته انطلاقاً من واجب شرعي أساساً، وفي ضوء تصور سياسي عام تقرره ولاية الفقيه القائد. أما ثقافتنا فمنابعها الأساسية: القرآن الكريم، والسنّة المعصومة، والأحكام والفتاوى الصادرة عن الفقيه مرجع التقليد عندنا.. وهي واضحة غير معقدة وميسرة للجميع دون استثناء، ولا يحتاج إلى تنظير أو فلسفة، بل جل ما تحتاجه هو الالتزام والتطبيق.
وأما قدرتنا العسكرية فلا يتخيلَنَّ أحد حجمها، وإذ ليس لدينا جهاز عسكري منفصل عن بقية أطراف جسمنا، بل إن كل واحد منا هو جندي مقاتل حين يدعو داعي الجهاد، وكل واحد منّا يتولى مهمته في المعركة وفقاً لتكليفه الشرعي في إطار العمل بولاية الفقيه القائد.. والله هو من ورائنا يؤيدنا برعايته ويلقي الرعب في قلوب أعدائنا وينصرنا عليهم بنصره العزيز المؤزر.
العالم المستكبر متفق على حربنا
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار: إن دول العالم المستكبر الظالم في الغرب والشرق قد اجتمعوا على محاربتنا، وراحوا يحرِّضون عملاءهم ضدنا يحاولون تشويه سمعتنا وافتراء الأكاذيب علينا.. (في محاولة خبيثة للفصل بيننا وبين المستضعفين الطيبين، وفي سعي حثيث لتقزيم ومسخ الإنجازات المهمة والكبرى على مستوى مواجهتنا لأمريكا وحلفائها… لقد حاولت أمريكا عبر عملائها المحليين أن توحي للناس بأن من قضى على غطرستها في لبنان وأخرجها ذليلة خائبة وسحق مؤامرتها على المستضعفين في هذه البلاد، هم ليسوا إلا حفنة من المتعصبين الإرهابين الذين لا شأن لهم إلا بتفجير محلات الخمور والقمار وآلات اللهو وغير ذلك.
ولكن كنّا على يقين بأن مثل هذه الإيحاءات لن تخدع أمتنا؛ لأن العالم بأسره يعلم أن من يفكر بمواجهة أمريكا والاستكبار العالمي لا يلجأ إلى مثل هذه الأعمال الهامشية التي تشغله بالذيل عن الرأس.
أمريكا وراء كل مصائبنا
إننا متوجهون لمحاربة المنكر من جذوره… وأول جذور المنكر أمريكا.. ولن تنفع كل المحاولات لجرنا إلى ممارسات هامشية إذا ما قيست بالمواجهة مع أمريكا. فالإمام الخميني القائد أكد ولمرات عديدة أن أمريكا هي سبب كل مصائبنا وهي أم الخبائث.. ونحن إذ نحاربها فلا نمارس إلا حقنا المشروع في الدفاع عن إسلامنا وعزة أمتنا. إننا نعلن بصراحة ووضوح أننا أمة لا تخاف إلا الله، ولا ترتضي الظلم والعدوان والمهانة.. وإن أمريكا وحلفاءها من دول حلف شمال الأطلسي، والكيان الصهيوني الغاصب لأرض فلسطين الإسلامية المقدسة، كل هؤلاء قد مارسوا ويمارسون العدوان علينا باستمرار ويعملون على إذلالنا باستمرار.. ولذا فإننا في حالة تأهب مستمر ومتصاعد من أجل رد العدوان والدفاع عن الدين والوجود والكرامة.
لقد هاجموا بلادنا ودمروا قرانا وذبحوا أطفالنا وهتكوا حرماتنا، وسلطوا على رقابنا جلادين مجرمين ارتكبوا مجازر رهيبة بحق أمتنا، ولا يزالون يدعمون هؤلاء الجزارين حلفاء إسرائيل، ويمنعوننا من تقرير مصيرنا بمحض اختيارنا. إن قنابلهم كانت تتساقط على أهلنا كالمطر أثناء الاجتياح الصهيوني لبلادنا ومحاصرة بيروت.. وطائراتهم كانت تغير بشكل متواصل في الليل والنهار على المدنيين من أهلنا وعلى أطفالنا ونسائنا وجرحانا.. وكانت مناطق الكتائبيين العملاء آمنة من قصف العدو ومركزاً لتوجيه وإرشاد قواته.
وكنا نستصرخ ضمير العالم آنذاك فلم نسمع له حساً ولم نجد له أثراً. هذا الضمير الذي افتقدناه أيام المحنة هو نفسه كان مستنفراً ويقظاً يوم حوصر الكتائبيون المجرمون في مدينة زحلة البقاعية، ويوم حوصر المتحالفون مع إسرائيل في دير القمر الشوفية..
فهالنا الأمر وأيقنا أن هذا الضمير العالمي لا يهتز إلا بناء لطلب الأقوياء واستجابة لمصالح الاستكبار. لقد ذبح الإسرائيليون والكتائبيون عدة آلاف من آبائنا وأطفالنا ونسائنا وإخواننا في صبرا وشاتيلا خلال ليلة واحدة فلم يصدر عن أية منظمة أو هيئة دولة أي استنكار أو شجب عملي لهذه المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبت بتنسيق مع القوات الأطلسية التي غادرت قبل أيام بل ساعات، المخيمات التي قَبِلَ المنهزمون أن يضعوها تحت حماية الذئب استجابة لمناورة الثعلب الأمريكي فيليب حبيب. وجاءت هذه الاعتداءات المجرمة لتؤكد ما ورد في معتقداتنا الثابتة أنه {لّتّجٌدّنَّ أّشّدَّ النَّاسٌ عّدّاوّةْ لٌَلَّذٌينّ آمّنٍوا اليّهٍودّ والَّذٌينّ أّشًرّكٍوا} [المائدة: 82].
لا خيار لنا إلا المواجهة
وعلى هذا الأساس رأينا أن العدوان لا يرد إلا بالتضحيات.. والكرامة لا تكون إلا ببذل الدماء، والحرية لا تعطى وإنما تسترد ببذل المهج والأرواح. فآثرنا الدين والحرية والكرامة على العيش الذليل والخضوع المستمر لأمريكا وحلفائها وللصهاينة وحلفائهم الكتائبيين…وانتفضنا لتحرير بلادنا وطرد المستعمرين والغزاة منها وتقرير مصيرنا بأيدينا. ولم يكن بوسعنا أن نصبر أكثر مما صبرنا عليه، فمحنتنا تجاوزت من السنين عشراً ولم نرَ إلا كل طامع أو متملق أو عاجز.
تنسيق صهيوني كتائبي
مئة ألف ضحية هو العدد التقريبي لجرائم أمريكا وإسرائيل والكتائب فينا. تهجير لنصف مليون مسلم تقريباً وتدمير شبه كامل لأحيائهم في النبعة وبرج حمود والدكوانة وتل الزعتر وسبنيه وحي الغوارنة وبلاد جبيل التي لا يزال من تبقى من أهلنا فيها يتعرضون للمحنة دون أن تتحرك هيئة عالمية واحدة لإنقاذهم. واحتلال صهيوني استمر في اغتصابه لأراضي المسلمين حتى وصل إلى احتلال لأكثر من ثلث مساحة لبنان بتنسيق مسبق واتفاق كامل مع الكتائبيين الذين استنكروا محاولات التصدي للقوات الغازية..
وشاركوا في تنفيذ بعض خطط إسرائيل ليكملوا مشروعها ويعطوها ما تريد ثمناً لإيصالهم إلى رئاسة الحكم. وهكذا كان؛ فلقد وصل الجزار بشير الجميل إلى سدة الرئاسة مستعيناً بإسرائيل والنفطيين العرب وبالزعماء المستزلمين للكتائب من نواب المسلمين وأثر محاولة متقنة لتجميل صورته البشعة في إطار غرفة عمليات سميت بـ «لجنة الإنقاذ» ولم تكن إلا جسراً أمريكياً ـ إسرائيلياً عبر عليه الكتائبيون باتجاه التسلط على رقاب المستضعفين. لكن شعبنا لم يستطع الصبر على هذه المهانة، فأباد أحلام الصهاينة وحلفائهم..
إلا أن أمريكا أصرت على حماقتها فأوصلت أمين الجميل لخلافة أخيه المقبور، وكانت أول إنجازاته تدمير منازل المهجرين، والاعتداء على مساجد المسلمين، وإعطاء الأوامر للجيش بقصف أحياء الضاحية المستضعفة على أهلها، واستدعاء قوات حلف الأطلسي للاستعانة بهم علينا، وتوقيع اتفاقية 17 أيار المشؤوم الذي يجعل من لبنان محمية إسرائيلية ومستعمرة أمريكية.
أعداؤنا الأساسيون
ولم يستطع شعبنا أن يتحمل كل هذه الخيانة فقرر مواجهة أئمة الكفر: أمريكا وفرنسا وإسرائيل. ونفذ بحقهم أول عقوبة لهم في 18 نيسان، ثم في 29 تشرين أول 1983م وكان قد بدأ حرباً حقيقية ضد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ارتقى خلالها إلى مستوى تدمير مركزين أساسيين لحكامه العسكريين، وصعد من مقاومته الإسلامية شعبياً وعسكرياً حتى أرغم العدو على اتخاذ قرار بالفرار المرحلي وهو قرار تضطر إليه إسرائيل لأول مرة في تاريخ ما سمي بالصراع العربي ـ الإسرائيلي. وللحقيقة نعلن أن أبناء أمة حزب الله باتوا الآن يعرفون أعداءهم الأساسيين جيداً في المنطقة: إسرائيل، أمريكا، فرنسا، والكتائب.
أهدافنا في لبنان
وهم الآن في حالة مواجهة متصاعدة ضدهم حتى تتحقق الأهداف التالية:
ـ تخرج إسرائيل نهائياً من لبنان كمقدمة لإزالتها نهائياً من الوجود وتحرير القدس الشريف من براثن الاحتلال.
ـ تخرج أمريكا وفرنسا وحلفاؤهما نهائياً من لبنان وينتهي أي نفوذ لأية دولة استعمارية في البلاد.
ـ يرضخ الكتائبيون للحكم العادل ويحاكمون جميعاً على الجرائم التي ارتكبوها بحق المسلمين والمسيحيين بتشجيع من أمريكا وإسرائيل.
ـ يتاح لجميع أبناء شعبنا أن يقرروا مصيرهم ويختاروا بكامل حريتهم شكل نظام الحكم الذي يريدونه، علماً بأننا لا نخفي التزامنا بحكم الإسلام وندعو الجميع إلى اختيار النظام الإسلامي الذي يكفل وحده العدل والكرامة للجميع، ويمنع وحده أية محاولة للتسلل الاستعماري إلى بلادنا من جديد.
أيها الأصدقاء
إذاً … هذه هي أهدافنا في لبنان وهؤلاء هم أعداؤنا، أما أصدقاؤنا فهم كل الشعوب المستضعفة في العالم، وهم كل من يحارب أعداءنا ويحرص على عدم الإساءة إلينا.. أفراداً كانوا أو أحزاباً أو منظمات… وإننا نتوجه إليهم ونخصهم بهذا الخطاب فنقول: (أيها المحاربون والمنظمون أينما كنتم في لبنان وأياً كانت أفكاركم.. إننا متفقون وإياكم على أهداف كبيرة ومهمة.. تتمثل في ضرورة إسقاط الهيمنة الأمريكية على البلاد.. وطرد الاحتلال الصهيوني الجاثم على رقاب العباد.. وضرب كل محاولات التسلط الكتائبي على شؤون الحكم والإدارة..
وإن كنّا نختلف في أساليب المواجهة ومستوى المواجهة. فتعالوا نترفع عن التخاصم فيما بيننا على الأمور الصغيرة ونفتح أبواب التنافس واسعة أمام تحقيق الأهداف الكبيرة.
فليس مهماً أن يسيطر حزب على شارع، وإنما المهم أن تتفاعل الجماهير مع هذا الحزب. وليس المهم أن تكثر الاستعراضات العسكرية على المواطنين.. بل المهم أن تكثر العمليات ضد إسرائيل. وليس المهم أن نصيغ البيانات وندعو إلى مؤتمرات، بل المهم أن نجعل من لبنان مقبرة للمشاريع الأمريكية. إنكم تحملون أفكاراً ليست من الإسلام…
وليس في هذا ما يحول بيننا وبين التعاون معكم من أجل هذه الأهداف؛ خصوصاً أننا نشعر بأن الدوافع التي تحرضكم من أجل النضال هي دوافع إسلامية في الأصل، منشؤها الظلم اللاحق بكم من الطاغوت، والاستضعاف الذي يمارس عليكم من قِبَله.. وهذه الدوافع إن تشكلت بأفكار غير إسلامية فلا بدّ أن تعود إلى جوهرها حين ترون الإسلام الثوري هو الذي يتصدى لقيادة الصراع، ولمقاومة الظلم والاستكبار. على إننا لا نرتضي منكم تحرشاً ولا استفزازاً ولا اعتداءات على أمننا وكرامتنا، ونلتزم معكم بمعالجة أي التباس بالتي هي أحسن أولاً، ونحرص على أن لا تشغلونا بما يعيق تحركنا لأهدافنا. وستجدوننا حريصين على الانفتاح عليكم، وستزداد العلاقة معكم كلما ازداد التقارب الفكري فيما بيننا وبينكم، وكلما شعرنا باستقلالية قراركم، وكلما اقتضت مصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين تعزيز هذه العلاقة وتطويرها
. أيها المحازبون المستضعفون. أنتم ممن قصدتم الحق فأخطأتموه.. وليس من قصد الحق فأخطأه كمن قصد الباطل فأصابه.
ولذا فإننا نمد أيدينا إليكم ونقول لكم مخلصين {يا قومنا أجيبوا داعي الله} و { واستجيبوا لله وللرسول إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم}.
نلتزم بالإسلام ولا نفرضه بالقوة
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار! إننا أمة التزمت برسالة الإسلام وأحبت للمستضعفين وللناس كافة أن يتدارسوا هذه الرسالة السماوية؛ لأنها تصلح لتحقيق العدل والسلام والطمأنينة في العالم. والله ـ تعالى ربنا ـ يقول:{لا إكًرّاهّ فٌي پدٌَينٌ قّد تَّبّيَّنّ پرٍَشًدٍ مٌنّ الغّيٌَ فّمّن يّكًفٍرً بٌالطَّاغٍوتٌ ويٍؤًمٌنً بٌاللَّهٌ فّقّدٌ اسًتّمًسّكّ بٌالًعٍرًوّةٌ الوٍثًقّى” لا انفٌصّامّ لّهّا واللَّهٍ سّمٌيعِ عّلٌيمِ اللَّهٍ ولٌيٍَ الذٌينّ آمّنٍوا يٍخًرٌجٍهٍم مٌَنّ الظٍَلٍمّاتٌ إلّى پنٍَورٌ والَّذٌينّ كّفّرٍوا أّوًلٌيّاؤٍهٍمٍ پطَّاغٍوتٍ يٍخًرٌجٍونّهٍم مٌَنّ پنٍَورٌ إلّى الظٍَلٍمّاتٌ أٍوًلّئٌكّ أّصًحّابٍ پنَّارٌ هٍمً فٌيهّا خّالٌدٍونّ}. [البقرة: 256، 257]
ولذا فإننا لا نريد أن نفرض الإسلام على أحد، ونكره أن يفرض الآخرون قناعاتهم وأنظمتهم علينا، ولا نريد أن يحكم الإسلام في لبنان بالقوة كما تحكم المارونية السياسية الآن. لكننا نؤكد أننا مقتنعون بالإسلام عقيدة ونظاماً، فكراً وحكماً، وندعو الجميع إلى التعرف عليه والاحتكام إلى شريعته، كما ندعوهم إلى تبنيه والالتزام بتعاليمه على المستوى الفردي والسياسي والاجتماعي.
وإذا ما أتيح لشعبنا أن يختار بحريته شكل نظام الحكم في لبنان فإنه لن يرجح على الإسلام بديلاً. ومن هنا فإننا ندعو إلى اعتماد النظام الإسلامي على قاعدة الاختيار الحر والمباشر من قِبَلِ الناس، لا على قاعدة الفرض بالقوة كما يخيل للبعض. ونعلن أننا نطمح أن يكون لبنان جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الخارطة السياسية المعادية لأمريكا والاستكبار العالمي وللصهيونية العالمية، والتي يحكمها الإسلام وقيادته العادلة. وهذا الطموح هو طموح أمة وليس طموح حزب، واختيار شعب لا اختيار عصابة.
الحد الأدنى لطموحنا في لبنان
وعلى هذا الأساس فإن الحد الأدنى الذي يمكن أن نقبل به على طريق تحقيق هذا الطموح المكلفين بالسعي لتحقيقه شرعاً، هو: (إنقاذ لبنان من التبعية للغرب أو للشرق وطرد الاحتلال الصهيوني من أراضيه نهائياً واعتماد نظام يقرره الشعب، بمحض اختياره وحريته). لماذا نواجه النظام القائم؟ هذه هي رؤيتنا وتصوراتنا عمّا نريده في لبنان، وعلى ضوء هذه الرؤية والتصورات نواجه النظام القائم لاعتبارين أساسيين:
1 ـ لكونه صنيعة الاستكبار العالمي وجزء من الخارطة السياسية المعادية للإسلام.
2 ـ لكونه تركيبة ظالمة في أساسها لا ينفع معها أي إصلاح أو ترقيع، بل لا بد من تغييرها من جذورها {ومّن لَّمً يّحًكٍم بٌمّا أّنزّلّ اللَّهٍ فّأٍوًلّئٌكّ هٍمٍ الظَّالٌمٍونّ}. [المائدة: 45]
موقفنا من المعارضة
وفي ضوء الاعتبارين الآنفين نحدد موقفنا من أية معارضة للنظام اللبناني. فنعتبر أن كل معارضة تتحرك ضمن خطوط حمر فرضتها القوى المستكبرة هي معارضة شكلية لا بد وأن تلتقي في نهاية المطاف مع النظام القائم. وكل معارضة تتحرك ضمن دائرة الحفاظ والحرص على الدستور المعمول به حالياً، وتلتزم عدم إجراء أي تغيير أساسي في جذور النظام، هي معارضة شكلية أيضاً لا تحقق مصلحة الجماهير المستضعفة. وكذلك فإن كل معارضة تتحرك في المواقع التي يريدها النظام أن تتحرك من خلالها، هي معارضة وهمية ليست إلا لخدمة النظام. ومن ناحية أخرى، فإن كل طرح للإصلاح السياسي على ضوء النظام الطائفي العفن لا يعنينا فيه شيء، تماماً كما لا يعنينا تشكيل أية حكومة أو اشتراك أية شخصية في أية وزارة تمثل جزءاً من النظام الظالم.
كلمات برسم المسيحيين في لبنان
أيها المستضعفون الشرفاء! إننا نتوجه من خلالكم بكلمات قليلة نضعها برسم المسيحيين في لبنان وبرسم الموارنة على وجه الخصوص. إن السياسة التي ينتهجها زعماء المارونية السياسية من خلال «الجبهة اللبنانية» و «القوات اللبنانية» لا يمكن أن تحقق السلام والاستقرار للمسيحيين في لبنان؛ لأنها سياسة قائمة على العصبية والامتيازات الطائفية والتحالف مع الاستعمار وإسرائيل.
ولقد أثبتت المحنة اللبنانية أن الامتيازات الطائفية كانت سبباً رئيسياً من أسباب الانفجار الكبير الذي قوض البلاد، وإن التحالف مع أمريكا وفرنسا وإسرائيل لم يُجْدِ نفعاً للمسيحيين يوم احتاجوا لدعم هؤلاء. ثم إن الأوان قد آن ليخرج المسيحيون المتعصبون من نفق الولاء الطائفي ومن أوهام الاستئثار بالامتيازات على حساب الآخرين، وأن يستجيبوا لدعوة السماء فيحتكموا إلى العقل بدل السلاح وإلى القناعة بدل الطائفة.
إننا على يقين بأن رسول الله المسيح ـ عليه الصلاة والسلام ـ براء من المجازر التي ارتكبها الكتائبيون باسمه وباسمكم. وبراء من السياسة الحمقاء التي يعتمدها زعماؤكم للتحكم بنا وبكم. كما وأن رسول الله محمد ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( هو براء أيضاً ممن يحسب على المسلمين ممن لا يلتزمون بشرع الله ولا يسعون إلى تطبيق أحكامه علينا وعليكم. فإذا ما راجعتم حساباتكم وعرفتم أن مصلحتكم هي ما تقررونه أنتم بمحض اختياركم لا ما يفرض عليكم بالحديد والنار، حينئذٍ نجدد دعوتنا لكم استجابة لقول الله ـ تعالى ـ:
{قٍلً يّا أّهًلّ الكٌتّابٌ تّعّالّوًا إلّى” كّلٌمّةُ سّوّاءُ بّيًنّنّا وبّيًنّكٍمً أّلاَّ نّعًبٍدّ إلاَّ الله ولا نٍشًرٌكّ بٌهٌ شّيًئْا ولا يّتَّخٌذّ بّعًضٍنّا بّعًضْا أّرًبّابْا مٌَن دٍونٌ الله فّإن تّوّلَّوًا فّقٍولٍوا اشًهّدٍوا بٌأّنَّا مٍسًلٌمٍونّ} [آل عمران: 64] .
يا مسيحيي لبنان… إن كان كبر عليكم أن يشارككم المسلمون في بعض شؤون الحكم.. فإنه والله كبر علينا ذلك أيضاً؛ لأنهم يشاركون في حكم ظالم لنا ولكم… وغير قائم على أحكام الدين ولا أسس الشريعة التي اكتملت بخاتم النبيين. وإن كنتم تريدون عدلاً، فمن أوْلى من الله بالعدل؟ وهو الذي أنزل من السماء رسالة الإسلام على امتداد بعثات الأنبياء من أجل أن يحكموا بين الناس بالقسط ويأخذوا لكل ذي حق حقه.
وإن كان أحد قد ضللكم وعظم لكم الأمور وخوفكم أن ينالكم منّا ردود فعل على ما ارتكبه الكتائبيون من جرائم بحقنا، فهذا ما لا مبرر لكم فيه أبداً؛ إذ إن المسالمين منكم لا زالوا يعيشون بيننا دون أن يعكر صفوهم أحد. وإن كنّا نقاتل الكتائبيين فلأنهم يشكلون حاجزاً أمام رؤيتكم للحقيقة ويصدونكم عن سبيل الله ويبغونها في الأرض عوجاً بغير حق، وقد استكبروا وعتوا عتواً كبيراً.
وإننا نريد لكم الخير وندعوكم إلى الإسلام لتسعدوا في الدنيا والآخرة، فإن أبيتم فما لنا عليكم من سبيل إلا أن تحفظوا عهودكم مع المسلمين ولا تشاركوا في العدوان عليهم. أيها المسيحيون.. حرروا أفكاركم من رواسب الطائفية البغيضة، وجردوا عقولكم من أسر التعصب والانغلاق، وافتحوا بصائركم على ما ندعوكم إليه من الإسلام؛ ففيه نجاتكم وسعادتكم وخير الدنيا والآخرة. ودعوتنا هذه نضعها برسم كل المستضعفين من غير المسلمين، أما المنتسبون للإسلام طائفياً فندعوهم للالتزام بالإسلام عملياً، والترفع عن العصبيات التي يمقتها الدين.
ونؤكد للجميع بأن هذا العصر هو عصر انتصار الإسلام والحق، وهزيمة الكفر والباطل، فالتحقوا بركب الحق قبل أن يأتي {ويّوًمّ يّعّضٍَ پظَّالٌمٍ عّلّى” يّدّيًهٌ يّقٍولٍ يّا لّيًتّنٌي اتَّخّذًتٍ مّعّ پرَّسٍولٌ سّبٌيلاْ يّا ويًلّتّى” لّيًتّنٌي لّمً أّتَّخٌذً فٍلانْا خّلٌيلاْ لّقّدً أّضّلَّنٌي عّنٌ الذٌَكًرٌ بّعًدّ إذً جّاءّنٌي وكّانّ الشَّيًطّانٍ لٌلإنسّانٌ خّذٍولاْ}. [الفرقان: 27 - 29].
قصتنا مع الاستكبار العالمي
أيها المستضعفون الشرفاء… وأما قصتنا مع الاستكبار العالمي فنوجزها لكم بهذه الكلمات: إننا نعتقد أن صراع المبادئ بين أمريكا والاتحاد السوفييتي قد ولى منذ زمن بعيد وإلى غير رجعة… فلقد أخفق الطرفان في تحقيق السعادة للبشرية؛ لأن الفكرة التي قدماها للناس وإن اختلفت من حيث الشكل إلى رأسمالية وشيوعية إلا أنها التقت في المضمون المادي وقصرت عن علاج مشاكل الإنسانية.
فلا الرأسمالية الغربية ولا الاشتراكية الشرقية نجحتا في إرساء قواعد المجتمع العادل والمطمئن، ولا استطاعتا أن تحققا التوازن بين الــفــرد والمجتمع ولا بين الفطرة البشرية والمصلحة العامة. وتوصل الطرفان إلى إقرار واعتراف متبادل بهذه الحقيقة، وأدركا أنه لم يعد من مجال للصراع الفكري فيما بين المعسكرين…وانعطفا سوياً إلى الصراع حول النفوذ والمصالح مستترين أمام الرأي العام وراء الاختلاف في المبادئ.
وفي ضوء هذا الفهم فإننا نرى أن الصراع الفكري بين المعسكرين قد طوي نهائياً، وحل محله صراع المصالح والنفوذ بين دول العالم المستكبر التي يتزعمها اليوم أمريكا والاتحاد السوفييتي. وعلى هذا الأساس فالبلدان المستضعفة باتت هي محكم الصراع، والشعوب المستضعفة أصبحت وقوده. ونحن إذ نعتبر الصراع بين الجبارين ناتجاً طبيعياً للمضمون المادي الذي يدفع كلاً منهما .. إلا أننا لا نستطيع أن نقبل بهذا الصراع على حساب مصالح المستضعفين وبلادهم ونواجه كل أطماع وتدخل في شؤوننا.
وفي الوقت الذي ندين فيه جرائم أمريكا في فيتنام وإيران ونيكاراغوا وغرينادا وفلسطين ولبنان وغيرهما… ندين أيضاً الغزو السوفييتي لأفغانستان، والتدخل في شؤون إيران، ودعم العدوان العراقي وغير ذلك. أما في لبنان ومنطقة فلسطين، فإننا معنيون بمواجهة أمريكا بشكل رئيسي؛ لأنها صاحبة النفوذ الأقوى بين دول الاستكبار العالمي، وكذلك إسرائيل ربيبة الصهيونية العالمية… ومن ثم فإننا معنيون بمواجهة حلفاء أمريكا من دول حلف شمال الأطلسي التي تورطت في مساعدة أمريكا ضد شعوب المنطقة.. ونحذر الدول التي لم تتورط بعد من الانجرار إلى خدمة المصالح الأمريكية على حساب حرية أمتنا ومصالحها.
إسرائيل يجب أن تزول من الوجود
أما إسرائيل فنعتبرها رأس الحربة الأمريكية في عالمنا الإسلامي وهي عدو غاصب تجب محاربته حتى يعود الحق المغصوب إلى أهله. وهذا العدو يشكل خطراً كبيراً على مستقبل أجيالنا ومصير أمتنا خصوصاً أنه يحمل فكرة استيطانية توسعية بدأ تطبيقها في فلسطين المحتلة ويحاول التمدد والتوسع ليبني دولة إسرائيل الكبرى من الفرات إلى النيل.
وصراعنا مع إسرائيل الغاصبة ينطلق من فهم عقائدي وتاريخي مؤداه أن هذا الكيان الصهيوني عدواني في نشأته وتكوينه وقائم على أرض مغصوبة وعلى حساب حقوق شعب مسلم. ولذا فإن مواجهتنا لهذا الكيان يجب أن تنتهي بإزالته من الوجود، ومن هنا فإننا لا نعترف بأي اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار ضده، أو أية اتفاقية هدنة معه، أو أية معاهدة سلام منفردة أو غير منفردة.
وندين بشدة كل مشاريع الوساطة بيننا وبين إسرائيل، ونعتبر الوسطاء طرفاً معادياً؛ لأن وساطتهم لن تخدم إلا الإقرار بشرعية الاحتلال الصهيوني لفلسطين. وعلى هذا الأساس نرفض معاهدة كامب ديفيد، ونرفض مشروع فهد، ومشروع فاس، ومشروع ريغان، ومشروع بريجنيف، والمشروع الفرنسي ـ المصري، وكل مشروع يتضمن اعترافاً ولو ضمنياً بالكيان الصهيوني.
ونسجل في هذا السياق إدانتنا لكل الدول والمنظمات المنحرفة التي تلهث وراء الحلول الاستسلامية مع العدو وتقبل «بمقايضة الأرض بالسلام» ونعتبر ذلك خيانة لدماء الشعب الفلسطيني المسلم ولقضية فلسطين المقدسة.
ومن جهة أخرى فإن الدعوة اليهودية التي أُطلقت أخيراً للاستيطان في جنوب لبنان، وكذلك هجرة اليهود الأثيوبيين وغيرهم إلى داخل فلسطين المحتلة،ننظر إليها على أنها جزء من المشروع الإسرائيلي التوسعي في العالم الإسلامي، ومؤشر فعلي على الخطر الناجم من الاعتراف بهذا الكيان أو التعايش معه.
المقاومة الإسلامية المتصاعدة
وحين نتحدث عن إسرائيل الغاصبة لا بد أن نتوقف عند ظاهرة المقاومة الإسلامية التي انطلقت من المناطق اللبنانية المحتلة لتفرض تحولاً تاريخياً وحضارياً جديداً على مجرى الصراع ضد العدو الصهيوني. فالمقاومة الإسلامية المشرفة التي سطرت ولا تزال أروع الملاحم والبطولات ضد قوات الغزو الصهيوني، وحطمت بإيمــان مجاهديها أسطــورة إسرائيل التي لا تقهر، واستطاعت أن توقع الكيان الغاصب في مأزق حقيقي من جراء الاستنزاف اليومي له عسكرياً وبشرياً واقتصادياً اضطر قادته أن يعترفوا بقساوة المواجهة التي يلقونها على أيدي المسلمين.
هذه المقاومة الإسلامية لا بد أن تتواصل وتنمو وتتصاعد بعون الله ـ تعالى ـ وأن تلقى من المسلمين جميعاً في كافة أقطار العالم كل الدعم والتأييد والمساندة والمشاركة حتى نستطيع أن نجتث الجرثومة السرطانية ونقتلعها من الوجود. وإذ نصر على تأكيد إسلاميتها فإنما يكون ذلك انسجاماً منا مع واقعها الذي يبدو واضحاً أنه إسلامي في الدافع والهدف والمسلك وعمق المواجهة.. وهذا لا يلغي وطنيتها أبداً بل يؤكدها.. على العكس مما لو طمست إسلاميتها فإن وطنيتها تصبح هشة إلى حد كبير.
نداء من أجل مشاركة إسلامية واسعة
إننا ننتهز الفرصة لنوجه نداءاً حاراً إلى كافة أبناء المسلمين في العالم ندعوهم من خلاله إلى مشاركة إخوانهم في لبنان بشرف القتال ضد الصهاينة المحتلين، إما مباشرة أو من خلال دعم المجاهدين ومساعدتهم.. ذلك أن مقاتلة إسرائيل هي مسؤولية كل المسلمين في كافة الأقطار والمناطق وليست مسؤولية أبناء جبل عامل والبقاع الغربي وحدهم.
لقد استطاعت المقاومة الإسلامية بدماء شهدائها وجهاد أبطالها أن ترغم العدو ولأول مرة في تاريخ الصراع ضده على اتخاذ قرار بالتراجع والانسحاب من لبنان دون أي تأثير أمريكي أو غيره، بل على العكس تماماً؛ فإن قرار الانسحاب الإسرائيلي أظهر قلقاً أمريكياً حقيقياً وشكل نقطة انعطاف تاريخية في مجرى الصراع ضد الصهاينة الغاصبين.
وأثبت المجاهدون… من خلال مقاومتهم الإسلامية التي شاركت فيها النساء حيث سلاحها الحجارة والزيت المغلي، والأطفال حيث سلاحهم الصراخ والقبضات العارية، والشيوخ حيث سلاحهم الجسد الضعيف والعصا الغليظة.. والشباب حيث سلاحهم البندقية والإرادة الصلبة المؤمنة: هؤلاء جميعاً أثبتوا أن الأمة إذا ما تُرِكت تدير أمرها بحريتها قادرة على أن تصنع المعجزات وتغير المتوهم من الأقدار.
سياسة الارتزاق الحكومي والتفاوض الخياني
ونتوقف قليلاً عند الاستعراضات الحكومية التي تبرز في المواسم محاولة أن توهم الناس بمشاركة الحكم في دعم المقاومة ضد الاحتلال لنعلن بوضوح: أن الدعم الإعلامي والكلامي بات شعبنا يمجه ويحتقر أصحابه.. وإن صدرت بعض التصريحات عن بعض أركان الحكم القائم، فلا يتوهمن أحد أن الجماهير في غفلة عن أن هذه التصريحات لا تمثل موقف الحكم برمته خصوصاً وإن الحكم ليس في وارد أن يزج جيشه لينال شرف المشاركة في التحرير.
أما الدعم المالي للمقاومة فليس ذا قيمة؛ إذ لم يصل إلى أيدي المجاهدين سلاحاً وذخيرة ونفقات قتال وما شابهه. وإن شعبنا يرفض سياسة الارتزاق على حساب المقاومة، وسيأتي يوم يحاكم فيه كل الذين تاجروا بدماء الشهداء الأبطال وبنوا لأنفسهم أمجاداً على حساب جروح المجاهدين.
ولا يمكننا إلا أن نؤكد بأن سياسة التفاوض مع العدو، وهي خيانة كبرى للمقاومة التي يدعي النظام دعمها وتأييدها، وإن إصرار الحكم على دخول المفاوضات مع العدو لم يكن إلا مؤامرة تستهدف الاعتراف بشرعية الاحتلال الصهيوني ومنحه امتيازاً على ما ارتكبه من جرائم بحق المستضعفين في لبنان.
ونقول استطراداً.. إن المقاومة الإسلامية التي أعلنت رفضها الالتزام بأية نتيجة تصدر عن المفاوضات، تؤكد على استمرار الجهاد حتى جلاء الصهاينة عن المناطق المحتلة كمقدمة لإزالتهم من الوجود.
القوات الدولية والدور المشبوه
وإن القوات الدولية التي يسعى الاستكبار العالمي لإحلالها على أراضي المسلمين في المناطق التي سينسحب منها العدو بحيث تشكل حاجزاً أمنياً يعرقل تحرك المقاومة ويحفظ أمن إسرائيل وقواتها الغازية هي قوات متواطئة ومرفوضة… وقد نضطر إلى معاملتها كما نعامل قوات الغزو الصهيوني على حد سواء. وليعلم الجميع أن التزامات النظام الكتائبي المفروض لا تلزم بأي شكل من الأشكال مجاهدي المقاومة الإسلامية،وعلى الدول أن تفكر ملياً قبل أن تتورط في المستنقع الذي غرقت فيه إسرائيل.
أنظمة الانهزام العربي(*)
وأما الأنظمة العربية المتهافتة على الصلح مع العدو الصهيوني فهي أنظمة عاجزة وقاصرة عن مواكبة طموح الأمة وتطلعاتها، ولا تستطيع أن تفكر بمواجهة الكيان الصهيوني الغاصب لفلسطين؛ لأنها نشأت في ظل وصاية استعمارية كان لها الدور الأكبر في تكوين هذه الأنظمة المهترئة. إن بعض الحكام الرجعيين خصوصاً في الدول النفطية، لا يتورعون أن يجعلوا من بلدانهم قواعد عسكرية لأمريكا وبريطانيا، ولا يخجلون من الاعتماد على خبراء أجانب يعينونهم في مناصب رسمية عليا، وينفذون ما تقرره لهم دوائر «البيت الأبيض» من سياسة تهريب الثروات وتوزيعها على المستعمرين بأساليب شتى.
ويدعي بعضهم أنه حامي الشريعة الإسلامية ليغطي خيانته وليبرر استسلامه لإرادة أمريكا، وفي الوقت نفسه يعتبر عبور كتاب إسلامي ثوري واحد إلى بلاده أمراً محرماً وممنوعاً. ونتيجة لسياسة الانهزام التي تتبعها هذه الأنظمة الرجعية تجاه إسرائيل، فقد استطاعت هذه الأخيرة أن تقنع الكثيرين منها بأنها أصبحت أمراً واقعاً، لا مجال لعدم الاعتراف بها فضلاً عن الإقرار بضرورة الالتزام بتوفير أمنها.
وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي شجعت السادات المقبور أن يرتكب خيانته الكبرى فيبادر إلى مصالحة إسرائيل وتوقيع معاهدة الذل معها. وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي تحكم مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومحور الأردن ـ مصر والعراق والمنظمة العرفاتية. وسياسة الانهزام أمام أمريكا هي التي توجه موقف الحكام الرجعيين من الحرب العدوانية المفروضة على جمهورية الإسلام في إيران، وتقف وراء الدعم غير المحدود لصدام العميل، على مستوى التمويل والتموين الاقتصادي والعسكري ظناً منهم أن النظام التكريتي المتصهين يمكنه أن يقضي على الثورة الإسلامية ويمنع من انتشار وهجها الثوري ومفاهيمها. وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي تدفع الأنظمة الرجعية إلى تجهيل الناس وتمييعهم وتذويب شخصيتهم الإسلامية وقمع أي تحرك إسلامي مناهض لأمريكا وحلفائها في بلادهم، كما أنها هي التي تدفعها إلى الخوف من يقظة المستضعفين ومنعهم من التدخل في شؤون السياسة لما في ذلك من خطر كبير على بقاء تلك الأنظمة ناتج عن وعي الشعوب على فساد حكوماتها وارتباطاتها المشبوهة، وعن تعاطف هذه الشعوب مع حركات التحرر في كافة أنحاء العالم الإسلامي والعالم.
إننا نجد في الأنظمة العربية الرجعية ما يشكل حاجزاً أمام تنامي وعي الشعوب الإسلامية ووحدتها، ونعتبرها مسؤولة عن عرقلة المحاولات التي تستهدف إبقاء الجرح مفتوحاً والصراع مستمراً مع العدو الصهيوني. وأملنا كبير بالشعوب المسلمة التي بدأت تبدي تذمرها بوضوح في معظم البلاد الإسلامية، واستطاعت أن تتسلل إلى عالم الثورات لتستفيد من تجاربها وخصوصاً من الثورة الإسلامية الظافرة…
وسيأتي اليوم الذي تتساقط فيه هذه الأنظمة الهشة أمام قبضات المستضعفين كما تساقط عرش الطاغوت في إيران. ولا بد ونحن نخوض معركة شرسة ضد أمريكا وإسرائيل ومخططاتهما في المنطقة، إلا أن نحذر هذه الأنظمة الرجعية من العمل بالشكل المعاكس لتيار الأمة الناهض والمقاوم للاستعمار والصهيونية، وعليها أن تتعلم من المقاومة الإسلامية في لبنان دروساً كبيرة في الإصرار على مقاتلة العدو حتى إلحاق الهزيمة به.
كما أننا نحذر هذه الأنظمة من التورط بمشاريع استسلام جديدة، وبمشاريع عدوانية تستهدف الثورة الإسلامية الفتية.. لأن ذلك سيؤول بأقطاب هذه الأنظمة إلى نفس المصير الذي لاقاه أنور السادات ومن قبله نوري السعيد وغيرهما.
جبهة عالمية للمستضعفين
ونتوجه إلى كافة الشعوب العربية والإسلامية لنعلن لها أن تجربة المسلمين في إيران الإسلام لم تبق عذراً لأحد، حين أثبتت بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك أن الصدور العارية المدفوعة بإرادة الإيمان قادرة بعون الله الكبير أن تحطم كل حديد الأنظمة الطاغوتية وجبروتها. (لذا فإننا ندعو هذه الشعوب لتوحد صفوفها وترسم أهدافها وتنهض لكسر القيد الذي يطوق إرادتها، وتسقط الحكومات العميلة التي تتسلط عليها.
ونلح على جميع المستضعفين في العالم بضرورة تشكيل جبهة عالمية لهم تضم كافة حركاتهم التحررية بهدف التنسيق فيما بينها تنسيقاً كاملاً شاملاً من أجل تأمين الفعالية لتحركها والتركيز على نقاط ضعف أعدائها. فإذا كان العالم المستعمر بكافة دوله وأنظمته يجتمعون اليوم على حرب المستضعفين… فإن على المستضعفين أن يجتمعوا لمواجهة مؤامرات قوى الاستكبار في العالم.
وعلى كافة الشعوب المستضعفة وخصوصاً الشعوب العربية والإسلامية أن تدرك بأن الإسلام وحده هو المؤهل ليكون الفكر المقاوم للعدوان بعدما أثبتت التجارب أن كل الأفكار الوضعية قد طويت إلى الأبد لمصلحة التوافق الأمريكي مع السوفيات وغيرهم.
وقد آن الأوان لندرك أن كل الأفكار الغربية عن أصالة الإنسان وفطرته لا يمكن أن تستجيب لطموحاته أو تنقذه من ظلمات الضلال والجاهلية.. وحده الإسلام يحقق نهوض الإنسان وتقدمه وإبداعه لأنه {يٍوقّدٍ مٌن شّجّرّةُ مٍَبّارّكّةُ زّيًتٍونّةُ لاَّ شّرًقٌيَّةُ ولا غّرًبٌيَّةُ يّكّادٍ زّيًتٍهّا يٍضٌيءٍ ولّوً لّمً تّمًسّسًهٍ نّارِ نٍَورِ عّلّى” نٍورُ يّهًدٌي اللَّهٍ لٌنٍورٌهٌ مّن يّشّاءٍ} [النور: 35].
الله في وحدة المسلمين
يا أيتها الشعوب المسلمة حاذري من الفتنة الاستعمارية الخبيثة التي تستهدف تمزيق وحدتك لتزرع الشقاق فيما بينك وتثير العصبيات المذهبية السنية والشيعية. واعلمي أن الاستعمار ما استطاع أن يسيطر على ثروات المسلمين إلا بعد أن سعى في صفوفهم تمزيقاً وتفريقاً.. يثير السنة على الشيعة، ويحرض الشيعة على السنة، وأوكل هذه المهمة فيما بعد إلى عملائه من حكام البلاد حيناً ومن علماء السوء أحياناً ومن الزعامات التي سلطها على رقاب العباد. فاللهَ اللهَ في وحدة المسلمين …
فإنها الصخرة التي تتحطم عليها خطط المستكبرين والمطرقة التي تسحق مؤامرات الظالمين. فلا تَدَعوا لسياسة «فرق تسد» أن تمارَس في بلادكم وقاوموها بالالتفاف حول القرآن الكريم.
{واعًتّصٌمٍوا بٌحّبًلٌ الله جّمٌيعْا ولا تّفّرَّقٍوا} [آل عمران: 103].
{إنَّ الذٌينّ فّرَّقٍوا دٌينّهٍمً وكّانٍوا شٌيّعْا لَّسًتّ مٌنًهٍمً} [الأنعام: 159].
{واذًكٍرٍوا نٌعًمّتّ الله عّلّيًكٍمً إذً كٍنتٍمً أّعًدّاءْ فّأّلَّفّ بّيًنّ قٍلٍوبٌكٍمً فّأّصًبّحًتٍم بٌنٌعًمّتٌهٌ إخًوّانْا وكٍنتٍمً عّلّى” شّفّا حٍفًرّةُ مٌَنّ پنَّارٌ فّأّنقّذّكٍم مٌَنًهّا} [آل عمران: 103].
يا علماء الإسلام
وأنتم يا علماء الإسلام فإن مسؤوليتكم كبيرة جداً بحجم المصائب التي تحل بالمسلمين… وأنتم خير من يقوم بواجبه في قيادة الأمة نحو الإسلام… وفي توعيتها على ما يخطط له الأعداء للسيطرة عليها ونهب ثرواتها واستعبادها.. ولا شك أنكم تدركون أن المسلمين ينظرون إليكم بصفتكم حملة الأمانة من رسول الله ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( وبصفتكم ورثة الأنبياء والمرسلين ..
فكونوا القدوة في الترفع عن بهارج الحياة الدنيا وزخرفها والتوق إلى الجنة والشهادة في سبيل الله. ولكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة حيث كان يجوع مع الناس ويشبع مع الناس، وكان يؤم المصلين في المسجد ويتقدم صفوفهم في ساحات الجهاد. وكان ملجأ لهم في المهمات يستدفئون بتوجيهاته وحلوله وينقادون له واثقين مطمئنين. يا علماء الإسلام…
إن الإمام الخميني القائد أكد مراراً على ضرورة صلاح العالِم واهتمامه بتزكية نفسه قبل الآخرين، وقال في أكثر من مقام: (إن الناس إذا عرفوا أن صاحب حانوت غير صالح، فيقولون إن فلاناً غير صالح، وإذا عرفوا أن تاجراً يغش الناس، فيقولون إن فلاناً غشاش، أما إذا عرفوا أن عالم الدين ـ لا سمح الله ـ غير صالح فإنهم سيقولون إن الدين غير صالح). فيا علماء الإسلام… لهذا الأمر وغيره…
فإن مسؤوليتكم كبيرة جداً، فاستعينوا بالله على القيام بها وادعوا الله ـ عز وجل ـ بدعاء الإمام علي (عليه الصلاة والسلام): «اللهم إنا لا نسألك حملاً خفيفاً بل نسألك ظهراً قوياً» وستجدون الأمة خير مستجيب لنداءاتكم وتوجيهاتكم وقيادتكم. واعلموا أن موقعيتكم في الأمة قد عرف المستعمر أهميتها ولذا فإنه وجَّه أقوى طعناته إلى صدور العلماء المجاهدين… فدبر مؤامرة شيطانية لإخفاء الإمام السيد موسى الصدر بعدما أحس أنه عقبة كأداء في وجه مخططاته العدوانية… وقتل الفيلسوف الإسلامي الشيخ مرتضى مطهري…
وأعدم المرجع الإسلامي الكبير آية الله السيد محمد باقر الصدر حيث أحس منه بخطورة موقفه الذي جسده بهذه الكلمات: «ذوبوا في الإمام الخميني كما ذاب في الإسلام» وها هو يتربص الدوائر بكل عالم ديني يقوم بواجبه الإسلامي خير قيام. ومـن ناحية أخرى راح الاستعمار يختـرق المسلمين بـوعاظ للسلاطين لا يخافون الله ويفتون بما لا مجال فيه للفتوى فيجيزون الصلح مع إسرائيل ويحرمون قتالها ويبررون خيانة الحكام الظالمين.
وما كان المستعمر ليفعل ذلك لولا أهمية تأثير العالم الديني على الناس. من هنا فإن من أهم مسؤولياتكم ـ يا علماء الإسلام ـ أن تربوا المسلمين على الالتزام بأحكام الدين، وتوضحوا لهم الخط السياسي الذي يسيرون على هديه، وتقودوهم نحو العزة والرفعة… وتهتموا بالحوزات العلمية بحيث تستطيع أن تخرِّج قادة مخلصين لله وحريصين على نصرة الدين والأمة.
كلمة أخيرة حول المنظمات الدولية
وأخيراً لا بد من كلمة حول المنظمات والهيئات الدولية كمنظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن الدولي وغير ذلك. فإننا نسجل أن هذه المنظمات ليست منبراً للأمم المستضعفة بشكل عام وتبقى عديمـة الفاعليـة بسبب هيمنة دول الاستكبار العالمـي على قراراتها إجراءاً أو تعطيلاً. وما حق النقض ـ الفيتو ـ الذي تحظى به بعض الدول ألا دليلاً على صحة ما نقول..
(ومن هنا فإننا لا نتوقع أن يصدر عن هذه المنظمات ما يخدم مصلحة المستضعفين، وندعو كل الدول التي تحترم نفسها إلى تبني مشروع إلغاء حق النقض الفيتو لدول الاستكبار.. كما ندعوهم إلى تبني مشروع طرد إسرائيل من الأمم المتحدة باعتبارها كياناً غاصباً وغير مشروع فضلاً عن كونه معادياً للنزعة الإنسانية. أيها المستضعفون الأحرار… هذه هي تصوراتنا وأهدافنا، وهذه هي القواعد التي تحكم مسيرتنا؛ فمن قبلنا بقبول الحق فالله أوْلى بالحق، ومن رد علينا نصبر حتى يحكم الله بيننا وبين القوم الظالمين.

}وّمّن يّتّوّلَّ الله ورّسٍولّهٍ والَّذٌينّ آمّنٍوا فّإنَّ حٌزًبّ الله هٍمٍ الغّالٌبٍونّ} [المائدة: 56] .
الرسالة المفتوحة التي وجهها حزب الله إلى المستضعفين في لبنان والعالم مبيناً فيها تصوراته ومنهجه بمناسبة الذكرى السنوية الأولى لاستشهاد رمز المقاومة الإسلامية شيخ الشهداء راغب حرب (رضوان الله عليهم). بتاريخ 26 جمادى الأول 1405هـ الموافق 16 شباط 1985م.
إهـــداء
إلى المشعل الذي ازداد تألقاً وضياءاً فأنار للمستضعفين في لبنان درب الحياة الحرة الكريمة، وأحرق بوهج دمائه الطاهرة جبروت الكيان الصهيوني وأسطورته. إلى الرائد الذي صدق أهله؛ فكان قدوة لهم في الجهاد، ولم يبخل عليهم بروحه حتى قضى شهيداً في سبيل نصرتهم، وشاهداً على ظلم الاستكبار العالمي وغطرسته. إلى رمز المقاومة الإسلامية الظافرة والانتفاضة الرائعة التي لا يزال أهلنا يسطرون أروع ملاحمها الحسينية في الجنوب والبقاع الغربي. إلى الذي بدد أحلام أمريكا في لبنان، وقاوم الاحتلال الإسرائيلي رافعاً لواء العمل بولاية الفقيه القائد الذي كان يحلو له دائماً أن يصفه بأمير المسلمين عبد الله الخميني. إلى شيخ الشهداء راغب حرب (رضوان الله عليه) نهدي في ذكراه السنوية هذه الرسالة المفتوحة إلى المستضعفين في العالم، مثبتين بين ثنايا سطورها الخط السياسي الإسلامي الثوري الذي جسده الشهيد السعيد مع إخوانه الشهداء ليكون نهجاً بيناً ودليلاً واضحاً لكل المجاهدين في لبنان.. سائلين المولى ـ سبحانه وتعالى ـ أن يفرغ علينا صبراً ويثبت أقدامنا وينصرنا على القوم الظالمين..

من نحن وما هي هويتنا؟
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار.. إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله في لبنان نحييكم ونخاطب من خلالكم العالم بأسره: شخصيات ومؤسسات، أحزاباً ومنظمات وهيئات سياسية وإنسانية وإعلامية.. ولا نستثني أحداً؛ لأننا حريصون على أن يسمع صوتنا الجميع، فيفهموا مقالتنا، ويستوعبوا طروحاتنا، ويتدارسوا مشروعنا.
إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله نعتبر أنفسنا جزءاً من أمة الإسلام في العالم التي تواجه أعتى هجمة استكبارية من الغرب والشرق على السواء بهدف تفريغها من مضمونها الرسالي الذي أنعم الله به عليها لتكون خير أمة أخرجت للناس تأمر بالمعروف وتنهى عن المنكر وتؤمن بالله، وبهدف استلاب خيراتها وثرواتها واستثمار طاقاتها وكفاءات أبنائها، والسيطرة على كافة شؤونها.
إننا أبناء أمة حزب الله التي نصر الله طليعتها في إيران، وأسست من جديد نواة دولة الإسلام المركزية في العالم.. نلتزم بأوامر قيادة واحدة حكيمة وعادلة تتمثل بالولي الفقيه الجامع للشرائط، وتتجسد حاضراً بالإمام المسدد آية الله العظمى روح الله الموسوي الخميني دام ظله.. مفجر ثورة المسلمين وباعث نهضتهم المجيدة. وعلى هذا الأساس فنحن في لبنان لسنا حزباَ تنظيمياً مغلقاً، ولسنا إطاراً سياسياً ضيقاً.. بل نحن أمة ترتبط مع المسلمين في كافة أنحاء العالم برباط عقائدي وسياسي متين هو الإسلام الذي أكمل الله رسالته على يد خاتم أنبيائه محمد ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( وارتضاه للعالمين ديناً يتعبدون به؛ إذ قال في القرآن الكريم:{اليّوًمّ أّكًمّلًتٍ لّكٍمً دٌينّكٍمً وأّتًمّمًتٍ عّلّيًكٍمً نٌعًمّتٌي ورّضٌيتٍ لّكٍمٍ الإسًلامّ دٌينْا} [المائدة: 3].
ومن هنا فإن ما يصيب المسلمين في أفغانستان أو العراق أو الفليبين أو غيرها إنما يصيب جسم أمتنا الإسلامية التي نحن جزء لا يتجزأ منها، ونتحرك لمواجهته انطلاقاً من واجب شرعي أساساً، وفي ضوء تصور سياسي عام تقرره ولاية الفقيه القائد. أما ثقافتنا فمنابعها الأساسية: القرآن الكريم، والسنّة المعصومة، والأحكام والفتاوى الصادرة عن الفقيه مرجع التقليد عندنا.. وهي واضحة غير معقدة وميسرة للجميع دون استثناء، ولا يحتاج إلى تنظير أو فلسفة، بل جل ما تحتاجه هو الالتزام والتطبيق.
وأما قدرتنا العسكرية فلا يتخيلَنَّ أحد حجمها، وإذ ليس لدينا جهاز عسكري منفصل عن بقية أطراف جسمنا، بل إن كل واحد منا هو جندي مقاتل حين يدعو داعي الجهاد، وكل واحد منّا يتولى مهمته في المعركة وفقاً لتكليفه الشرعي في إطار العمل بولاية الفقيه القائد.. والله هو من ورائنا يؤيدنا برعايته ويلقي الرعب في قلوب أعدائنا وينصرنا عليهم بنصره العزيز المؤزر.
العالم المستكبر متفق على حربنا
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار: إن دول العالم المستكبر الظالم في الغرب والشرق قد اجتمعوا على محاربتنا، وراحوا يحرِّضون عملاءهم ضدنا يحاولون تشويه سمعتنا وافتراء الأكاذيب علينا.. (في محاولة خبيثة للفصل بيننا وبين المستضعفين الطيبين، وفي سعي حثيث لتقزيم ومسخ الإنجازات المهمة والكبرى على مستوى مواجهتنا لأمريكا وحلفائها… لقد حاولت أمريكا عبر عملائها المحليين أن توحي للناس بأن من قضى على غطرستها في لبنان وأخرجها ذليلة خائبة وسحق مؤامرتها على المستضعفين في هذه البلاد، هم ليسوا إلا حفنة من المتعصبين الإرهابين الذين لا شأن لهم إلا بتفجير محلات الخمور والقمار وآلات اللهو وغير ذلك.
ولكن كنّا على يقين بأن مثل هذه الإيحاءات لن تخدع أمتنا؛ لأن العالم بأسره يعلم أن من يفكر بمواجهة أمريكا والاستكبار العالمي لا يلجأ إلى مثل هذه الأعمال الهامشية التي تشغله بالذيل عن الرأس.
أمريكا وراء كل مصائبنا
إننا متوجهون لمحاربة المنكر من جذوره… وأول جذور المنكر أمريكا.. ولن تنفع كل المحاولات لجرنا إلى ممارسات هامشية إذا ما قيست بالمواجهة مع أمريكا. فالإمام الخميني القائد أكد ولمرات عديدة أن أمريكا هي سبب كل مصائبنا وهي أم الخبائث.. ونحن إذ نحاربها فلا نمارس إلا حقنا المشروع في الدفاع عن إسلامنا وعزة أمتنا. إننا نعلن بصراحة ووضوح أننا أمة لا تخاف إلا الله، ولا ترتضي الظلم والعدوان والمهانة.. وإن أمريكا وحلفاءها من دول حلف شمال الأطلسي، والكيان الصهيوني الغاصب لأرض فلسطين الإسلامية المقدسة، كل هؤلاء قد مارسوا ويمارسون العدوان علينا باستمرار ويعملون على إذلالنا باستمرار.. ولذا فإننا في حالة تأهب مستمر ومتصاعد من أجل رد العدوان والدفاع عن الدين والوجود والكرامة.
لقد هاجموا بلادنا ودمروا قرانا وذبحوا أطفالنا وهتكوا حرماتنا، وسلطوا على رقابنا جلادين مجرمين ارتكبوا مجازر رهيبة بحق أمتنا، ولا يزالون يدعمون هؤلاء الجزارين حلفاء إسرائيل، ويمنعوننا من تقرير مصيرنا بمحض اختيارنا. إن قنابلهم كانت تتساقط على أهلنا كالمطر أثناء الاجتياح الصهيوني لبلادنا ومحاصرة بيروت.. وطائراتهم كانت تغير بشكل متواصل في الليل والنهار على المدنيين من أهلنا وعلى أطفالنا ونسائنا وجرحانا.. وكانت مناطق الكتائبيين العملاء آمنة من قصف العدو ومركزاً لتوجيه وإرشاد قواته.
وكنا نستصرخ ضمير العالم آنذاك فلم نسمع له حساً ولم نجد له أثراً. هذا الضمير الذي افتقدناه أيام المحنة هو نفسه كان مستنفراً ويقظاً يوم حوصر الكتائبيون المجرمون في مدينة زحلة البقاعية، ويوم حوصر المتحالفون مع إسرائيل في دير القمر الشوفية..
فهالنا الأمر وأيقنا أن هذا الضمير العالمي لا يهتز إلا بناء لطلب الأقوياء واستجابة لمصالح الاستكبار. لقد ذبح الإسرائيليون والكتائبيون عدة آلاف من آبائنا وأطفالنا ونسائنا وإخواننا في صبرا وشاتيلا خلال ليلة واحدة فلم يصدر عن أية منظمة أو هيئة دولة أي استنكار أو شجب عملي لهذه المجزرة البشعة التي ارتكبت بتنسيق مع القوات الأطلسية التي غادرت قبل أيام بل ساعات، المخيمات التي قَبِلَ المنهزمون أن يضعوها تحت حماية الذئب استجابة لمناورة الثعلب الأمريكي فيليب حبيب. وجاءت هذه الاعتداءات المجرمة لتؤكد ما ورد في معتقداتنا الثابتة أنه {لّتّجٌدّنَّ أّشّدَّ النَّاسٌ عّدّاوّةْ لٌَلَّذٌينّ آمّنٍوا اليّهٍودّ والَّذٌينّ أّشًرّكٍوا} [المائدة: 82].
لا خيار لنا إلا المواجهة
وعلى هذا الأساس رأينا أن العدوان لا يرد إلا بالتضحيات.. والكرامة لا تكون إلا ببذل الدماء، والحرية لا تعطى وإنما تسترد ببذل المهج والأرواح. فآثرنا الدين والحرية والكرامة على العيش الذليل والخضوع المستمر لأمريكا وحلفائها وللصهاينة وحلفائهم الكتائبيين…وانتفضنا لتحرير بلادنا وطرد المستعمرين والغزاة منها وتقرير مصيرنا بأيدينا. ولم يكن بوسعنا أن نصبر أكثر مما صبرنا عليه، فمحنتنا تجاوزت من السنين عشراً ولم نرَ إلا كل طامع أو متملق أو عاجز.
تنسيق صهيوني كتائبي
مئة ألف ضحية هو العدد التقريبي لجرائم أمريكا وإسرائيل والكتائب فينا. تهجير لنصف مليون مسلم تقريباً وتدمير شبه كامل لأحيائهم في النبعة وبرج حمود والدكوانة وتل الزعتر وسبنيه وحي الغوارنة وبلاد جبيل التي لا يزال من تبقى من أهلنا فيها يتعرضون للمحنة دون أن تتحرك هيئة عالمية واحدة لإنقاذهم. واحتلال صهيوني استمر في اغتصابه لأراضي المسلمين حتى وصل إلى احتلال لأكثر من ثلث مساحة لبنان بتنسيق مسبق واتفاق كامل مع الكتائبيين الذين استنكروا محاولات التصدي للقوات الغازية..
وشاركوا في تنفيذ بعض خطط إسرائيل ليكملوا مشروعها ويعطوها ما تريد ثمناً لإيصالهم إلى رئاسة الحكم. وهكذا كان؛ فلقد وصل الجزار بشير الجميل إلى سدة الرئاسة مستعيناً بإسرائيل والنفطيين العرب وبالزعماء المستزلمين للكتائب من نواب المسلمين وأثر محاولة متقنة لتجميل صورته البشعة في إطار غرفة عمليات سميت بـ «لجنة الإنقاذ» ولم تكن إلا جسراً أمريكياً ـ إسرائيلياً عبر عليه الكتائبيون باتجاه التسلط على رقاب المستضعفين. لكن شعبنا لم يستطع الصبر على هذه المهانة، فأباد أحلام الصهاينة وحلفائهم..
إلا أن أمريكا أصرت على حماقتها فأوصلت أمين الجميل لخلافة أخيه المقبور، وكانت أول إنجازاته تدمير منازل المهجرين، والاعتداء على مساجد المسلمين، وإعطاء الأوامر للجيش بقصف أحياء الضاحية المستضعفة على أهلها، واستدعاء قوات حلف الأطلسي للاستعانة بهم علينا، وتوقيع اتفاقية 17 أيار المشؤوم الذي يجعل من لبنان محمية إسرائيلية ومستعمرة أمريكية.
أعداؤنا الأساسيون
ولم يستطع شعبنا أن يتحمل كل هذه الخيانة فقرر مواجهة أئمة الكفر: أمريكا وفرنسا وإسرائيل. ونفذ بحقهم أول عقوبة لهم في 18 نيسان، ثم في 29 تشرين أول 1983م وكان قد بدأ حرباً حقيقية ضد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ارتقى خلالها إلى مستوى تدمير مركزين أساسيين لحكامه العسكريين، وصعد من مقاومته الإسلامية شعبياً وعسكرياً حتى أرغم العدو على اتخاذ قرار بالفرار المرحلي وهو قرار تضطر إليه إسرائيل لأول مرة في تاريخ ما سمي بالصراع العربي ـ الإسرائيلي. وللحقيقة نعلن أن أبناء أمة حزب الله باتوا الآن يعرفون أعداءهم الأساسيين جيداً في المنطقة: إسرائيل، أمريكا، فرنسا، والكتائب.
أهدافنا في لبنان
وهم الآن في حالة مواجهة متصاعدة ضدهم حتى تتحقق الأهداف التالية:
ـ تخرج إسرائيل نهائياً من لبنان كمقدمة لإزالتها نهائياً من الوجود وتحرير القدس الشريف من براثن الاحتلال.
ـ تخرج أمريكا وفرنسا وحلفاؤهما نهائياً من لبنان وينتهي أي نفوذ لأية دولة استعمارية في البلاد.
ـ يرضخ الكتائبيون للحكم العادل ويحاكمون جميعاً على الجرائم التي ارتكبوها بحق المسلمين والمسيحيين بتشجيع من أمريكا وإسرائيل.
ـ يتاح لجميع أبناء شعبنا أن يقرروا مصيرهم ويختاروا بكامل حريتهم شكل نظام الحكم الذي يريدونه، علماً بأننا لا نخفي التزامنا بحكم الإسلام وندعو الجميع إلى اختيار النظام الإسلامي الذي يكفل وحده العدل والكرامة للجميع، ويمنع وحده أية محاولة للتسلل الاستعماري إلى بلادنا من جديد.
أيها الأصدقاء
إذاً … هذه هي أهدافنا في لبنان وهؤلاء هم أعداؤنا، أما أصدقاؤنا فهم كل الشعوب المستضعفة في العالم، وهم كل من يحارب أعداءنا ويحرص على عدم الإساءة إلينا.. أفراداً كانوا أو أحزاباً أو منظمات… وإننا نتوجه إليهم ونخصهم بهذا الخطاب فنقول: (أيها المحاربون والمنظمون أينما كنتم في لبنان وأياً كانت أفكاركم.. إننا متفقون وإياكم على أهداف كبيرة ومهمة.. تتمثل في ضرورة إسقاط الهيمنة الأمريكية على البلاد.. وطرد الاحتلال الصهيوني الجاثم على رقاب العباد.. وضرب كل محاولات التسلط الكتائبي على شؤون الحكم والإدارة..
وإن كنّا نختلف في أساليب المواجهة ومستوى المواجهة. فتعالوا نترفع عن التخاصم فيما بيننا على الأمور الصغيرة ونفتح أبواب التنافس واسعة أمام تحقيق الأهداف الكبيرة.
فليس مهماً أن يسيطر حزب على شارع، وإنما المهم أن تتفاعل الجماهير مع هذا الحزب. وليس المهم أن تكثر الاستعراضات العسكرية على المواطنين.. بل المهم أن تكثر العمليات ضد إسرائيل. وليس المهم أن نصيغ البيانات وندعو إلى مؤتمرات، بل المهم أن نجعل من لبنان مقبرة للمشاريع الأمريكية. إنكم تحملون أفكاراً ليست من الإسلام…
وليس في هذا ما يحول بيننا وبين التعاون معكم من أجل هذه الأهداف؛ خصوصاً أننا نشعر بأن الدوافع التي تحرضكم من أجل النضال هي دوافع إسلامية في الأصل، منشؤها الظلم اللاحق بكم من الطاغوت، والاستضعاف الذي يمارس عليكم من قِبَله.. وهذه الدوافع إن تشكلت بأفكار غير إسلامية فلا بدّ أن تعود إلى جوهرها حين ترون الإسلام الثوري هو الذي يتصدى لقيادة الصراع، ولمقاومة الظلم والاستكبار. على إننا لا نرتضي منكم تحرشاً ولا استفزازاً ولا اعتداءات على أمننا وكرامتنا، ونلتزم معكم بمعالجة أي التباس بالتي هي أحسن أولاً، ونحرص على أن لا تشغلونا بما يعيق تحركنا لأهدافنا. وستجدوننا حريصين على الانفتاح عليكم، وستزداد العلاقة معكم كلما ازداد التقارب الفكري فيما بيننا وبينكم، وكلما شعرنا باستقلالية قراركم، وكلما اقتضت مصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين تعزيز هذه العلاقة وتطويرها
. أيها المحازبون المستضعفون. أنتم ممن قصدتم الحق فأخطأتموه.. وليس من قصد الحق فأخطأه كمن قصد الباطل فأصابه.
ولذا فإننا نمد أيدينا إليكم ونقول لكم مخلصين {يا قومنا أجيبوا داعي الله} و { واستجيبوا لله وللرسول إذا دعاكم لما يحييكم}.
نلتزم بالإسلام ولا نفرضه بالقوة
أيها المستضعفون الأحرار! إننا أمة التزمت برسالة الإسلام وأحبت للمستضعفين وللناس كافة أن يتدارسوا هذه الرسالة السماوية؛ لأنها تصلح لتحقيق العدل والسلام والطمأنينة في العالم. والله ـ تعالى ربنا ـ يقول:{لا إكًرّاهّ فٌي پدٌَينٌ قّد تَّبّيَّنّ پرٍَشًدٍ مٌنّ الغّيٌَ فّمّن يّكًفٍرً بٌالطَّاغٍوتٌ ويٍؤًمٌنً بٌاللَّهٌ فّقّدٌ اسًتّمًسّكّ بٌالًعٍرًوّةٌ الوٍثًقّى” لا انفٌصّامّ لّهّا واللَّهٍ سّمٌيعِ عّلٌيمِ اللَّهٍ ولٌيٍَ الذٌينّ آمّنٍوا يٍخًرٌجٍهٍم مٌَنّ الظٍَلٍمّاتٌ إلّى پنٍَورٌ والَّذٌينّ كّفّرٍوا أّوًلٌيّاؤٍهٍمٍ پطَّاغٍوتٍ يٍخًرٌجٍونّهٍم مٌَنّ پنٍَورٌ إلّى الظٍَلٍمّاتٌ أٍوًلّئٌكّ أّصًحّابٍ پنَّارٌ هٍمً فٌيهّا خّالٌدٍونّ}. [البقرة: 256، 257]
ولذا فإننا لا نريد أن نفرض الإسلام على أحد، ونكره أن يفرض الآخرون قناعاتهم وأنظمتهم علينا، ولا نريد أن يحكم الإسلام في لبنان بالقوة كما تحكم المارونية السياسية الآن. لكننا نؤكد أننا مقتنعون بالإسلام عقيدة ونظاماً، فكراً وحكماً، وندعو الجميع إلى التعرف عليه والاحتكام إلى شريعته، كما ندعوهم إلى تبنيه والالتزام بتعاليمه على المستوى الفردي والسياسي والاجتماعي.
وإذا ما أتيح لشعبنا أن يختار بحريته شكل نظام الحكم في لبنان فإنه لن يرجح على الإسلام بديلاً. ومن هنا فإننا ندعو إلى اعتماد النظام الإسلامي على قاعدة الاختيار الحر والمباشر من قِبَلِ الناس، لا على قاعدة الفرض بالقوة كما يخيل للبعض. ونعلن أننا نطمح أن يكون لبنان جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الخارطة السياسية المعادية لأمريكا والاستكبار العالمي وللصهيونية العالمية، والتي يحكمها الإسلام وقيادته العادلة. وهذا الطموح هو طموح أمة وليس طموح حزب، واختيار شعب لا اختيار عصابة.
الحد الأدنى لطموحنا في لبنان
وعلى هذا الأساس فإن الحد الأدنى الذي يمكن أن نقبل به على طريق تحقيق هذا الطموح المكلفين بالسعي لتحقيقه شرعاً، هو: (إنقاذ لبنان من التبعية للغرب أو للشرق وطرد الاحتلال الصهيوني من أراضيه نهائياً واعتماد نظام يقرره الشعب، بمحض اختياره وحريته). لماذا نواجه النظام القائم؟ هذه هي رؤيتنا وتصوراتنا عمّا نريده في لبنان، وعلى ضوء هذه الرؤية والتصورات نواجه النظام القائم لاعتبارين أساسيين:
1 ـ لكونه صنيعة الاستكبار العالمي وجزء من الخارطة السياسية المعادية للإسلام.
2 ـ لكونه تركيبة ظالمة في أساسها لا ينفع معها أي إصلاح أو ترقيع، بل لا بد من تغييرها من جذورها {ومّن لَّمً يّحًكٍم بٌمّا أّنزّلّ اللَّهٍ فّأٍوًلّئٌكّ هٍمٍ الظَّالٌمٍونّ}. [المائدة: 45]
موقفنا من المعارضة
وفي ضوء الاعتبارين الآنفين نحدد موقفنا من أية معارضة للنظام اللبناني. فنعتبر أن كل معارضة تتحرك ضمن خطوط حمر فرضتها القوى المستكبرة هي معارضة شكلية لا بد وأن تلتقي في نهاية المطاف مع النظام القائم. وكل معارضة تتحرك ضمن دائرة الحفاظ والحرص على الدستور المعمول به حالياً، وتلتزم عدم إجراء أي تغيير أساسي في جذور النظام، هي معارضة شكلية أيضاً لا تحقق مصلحة الجماهير المستضعفة. وكذلك فإن كل معارضة تتحرك في المواقع التي يريدها النظام أن تتحرك من خلالها، هي معارضة وهمية ليست إلا لخدمة النظام. ومن ناحية أخرى، فإن كل طرح للإصلاح السياسي على ضوء النظام الطائفي العفن لا يعنينا فيه شيء، تماماً كما لا يعنينا تشكيل أية حكومة أو اشتراك أية شخصية في أية وزارة تمثل جزءاً من النظام الظالم.
كلمات برسم المسيحيين في لبنان
أيها المستضعفون الشرفاء! إننا نتوجه من خلالكم بكلمات قليلة نضعها برسم المسيحيين في لبنان وبرسم الموارنة على وجه الخصوص. إن السياسة التي ينتهجها زعماء المارونية السياسية من خلال «الجبهة اللبنانية» و «القوات اللبنانية» لا يمكن أن تحقق السلام والاستقرار للمسيحيين في لبنان؛ لأنها سياسة قائمة على العصبية والامتيازات الطائفية والتحالف مع الاستعمار وإسرائيل.
ولقد أثبتت المحنة اللبنانية أن الامتيازات الطائفية كانت سبباً رئيسياً من أسباب الانفجار الكبير الذي قوض البلاد، وإن التحالف مع أمريكا وفرنسا وإسرائيل لم يُجْدِ نفعاً للمسيحيين يوم احتاجوا لدعم هؤلاء. ثم إن الأوان قد آن ليخرج المسيحيون المتعصبون من نفق الولاء الطائفي ومن أوهام الاستئثار بالامتيازات على حساب الآخرين، وأن يستجيبوا لدعوة السماء فيحتكموا إلى العقل بدل السلاح وإلى القناعة بدل الطائفة.
إننا على يقين بأن رسول الله المسيح ـ عليه الصلاة والسلام ـ براء من المجازر التي ارتكبها الكتائبيون باسمه وباسمكم. وبراء من السياسة الحمقاء التي يعتمدها زعماؤكم للتحكم بنا وبكم. كما وأن رسول الله محمد ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( هو براء أيضاً ممن يحسب على المسلمين ممن لا يلتزمون بشرع الله ولا يسعون إلى تطبيق أحكامه علينا وعليكم. فإذا ما راجعتم حساباتكم وعرفتم أن مصلحتكم هي ما تقررونه أنتم بمحض اختياركم لا ما يفرض عليكم بالحديد والنار، حينئذٍ نجدد دعوتنا لكم استجابة لقول الله ـ تعالى ـ:
{قٍلً يّا أّهًلّ الكٌتّابٌ تّعّالّوًا إلّى” كّلٌمّةُ سّوّاءُ بّيًنّنّا وبّيًنّكٍمً أّلاَّ نّعًبٍدّ إلاَّ الله ولا نٍشًرٌكّ بٌهٌ شّيًئْا ولا يّتَّخٌذّ بّعًضٍنّا بّعًضْا أّرًبّابْا مٌَن دٍونٌ الله فّإن تّوّلَّوًا فّقٍولٍوا اشًهّدٍوا بٌأّنَّا مٍسًلٌمٍونّ} [آل عمران: 64] .
يا مسيحيي لبنان… إن كان كبر عليكم أن يشارككم المسلمون في بعض شؤون الحكم.. فإنه والله كبر علينا ذلك أيضاً؛ لأنهم يشاركون في حكم ظالم لنا ولكم… وغير قائم على أحكام الدين ولا أسس الشريعة التي اكتملت بخاتم النبيين. وإن كنتم تريدون عدلاً، فمن أوْلى من الله بالعدل؟ وهو الذي أنزل من السماء رسالة الإسلام على امتداد بعثات الأنبياء من أجل أن يحكموا بين الناس بالقسط ويأخذوا لكل ذي حق حقه.
وإن كان أحد قد ضللكم وعظم لكم الأمور وخوفكم أن ينالكم منّا ردود فعل على ما ارتكبه الكتائبيون من جرائم بحقنا، فهذا ما لا مبرر لكم فيه أبداً؛ إذ إن المسالمين منكم لا زالوا يعيشون بيننا دون أن يعكر صفوهم أحد. وإن كنّا نقاتل الكتائبيين فلأنهم يشكلون حاجزاً أمام رؤيتكم للحقيقة ويصدونكم عن سبيل الله ويبغونها في الأرض عوجاً بغير حق، وقد استكبروا وعتوا عتواً كبيراً.
وإننا نريد لكم الخير وندعوكم إلى الإسلام لتسعدوا في الدنيا والآخرة، فإن أبيتم فما لنا عليكم من سبيل إلا أن تحفظوا عهودكم مع المسلمين ولا تشاركوا في العدوان عليهم. أيها المسيحيون.. حرروا أفكاركم من رواسب الطائفية البغيضة، وجردوا عقولكم من أسر التعصب والانغلاق، وافتحوا بصائركم على ما ندعوكم إليه من الإسلام؛ ففيه نجاتكم وسعادتكم وخير الدنيا والآخرة. ودعوتنا هذه نضعها برسم كل المستضعفين من غير المسلمين، أما المنتسبون للإسلام طائفياً فندعوهم للالتزام بالإسلام عملياً، والترفع عن العصبيات التي يمقتها الدين.
ونؤكد للجميع بأن هذا العصر هو عصر انتصار الإسلام والحق، وهزيمة الكفر والباطل، فالتحقوا بركب الحق قبل أن يأتي {ويّوًمّ يّعّضٍَ پظَّالٌمٍ عّلّى” يّدّيًهٌ يّقٍولٍ يّا لّيًتّنٌي اتَّخّذًتٍ مّعّ پرَّسٍولٌ سّبٌيلاْ يّا ويًلّتّى” لّيًتّنٌي لّمً أّتَّخٌذً فٍلانْا خّلٌيلاْ لّقّدً أّضّلَّنٌي عّنٌ الذٌَكًرٌ بّعًدّ إذً جّاءّنٌي وكّانّ الشَّيًطّانٍ لٌلإنسّانٌ خّذٍولاْ}. [الفرقان: 27 - 29].
قصتنا مع الاستكبار العالمي
أيها المستضعفون الشرفاء… وأما قصتنا مع الاستكبار العالمي فنوجزها لكم بهذه الكلمات: إننا نعتقد أن صراع المبادئ بين أمريكا والاتحاد السوفييتي قد ولى منذ زمن بعيد وإلى غير رجعة… فلقد أخفق الطرفان في تحقيق السعادة للبشرية؛ لأن الفكرة التي قدماها للناس وإن اختلفت من حيث الشكل إلى رأسمالية وشيوعية إلا أنها التقت في المضمون المادي وقصرت عن علاج مشاكل الإنسانية.
فلا الرأسمالية الغربية ولا الاشتراكية الشرقية نجحتا في إرساء قواعد المجتمع العادل والمطمئن، ولا استطاعتا أن تحققا التوازن بين الــفــرد والمجتمع ولا بين الفطرة البشرية والمصلحة العامة. وتوصل الطرفان إلى إقرار واعتراف متبادل بهذه الحقيقة، وأدركا أنه لم يعد من مجال للصراع الفكري فيما بين المعسكرين…وانعطفا سوياً إلى الصراع حول النفوذ والمصالح مستترين أمام الرأي العام وراء الاختلاف في المبادئ.
وفي ضوء هذا الفهم فإننا نرى أن الصراع الفكري بين المعسكرين قد طوي نهائياً، وحل محله صراع المصالح والنفوذ بين دول العالم المستكبر التي يتزعمها اليوم أمريكا والاتحاد السوفييتي. وعلى هذا الأساس فالبلدان المستضعفة باتت هي محكم الصراع، والشعوب المستضعفة أصبحت وقوده. ونحن إذ نعتبر الصراع بين الجبارين ناتجاً طبيعياً للمضمون المادي الذي يدفع كلاً منهما .. إلا أننا لا نستطيع أن نقبل بهذا الصراع على حساب مصالح المستضعفين وبلادهم ونواجه كل أطماع وتدخل في شؤوننا.
وفي الوقت الذي ندين فيه جرائم أمريكا في فيتنام وإيران ونيكاراغوا وغرينادا وفلسطين ولبنان وغيرهما… ندين أيضاً الغزو السوفييتي لأفغانستان، والتدخل في شؤون إيران، ودعم العدوان العراقي وغير ذلك. أما في لبنان ومنطقة فلسطين، فإننا معنيون بمواجهة أمريكا بشكل رئيسي؛ لأنها صاحبة النفوذ الأقوى بين دول الاستكبار العالمي، وكذلك إسرائيل ربيبة الصهيونية العالمية… ومن ثم فإننا معنيون بمواجهة حلفاء أمريكا من دول حلف شمال الأطلسي التي تورطت في مساعدة أمريكا ضد شعوب المنطقة.. ونحذر الدول التي لم تتورط بعد من الانجرار إلى خدمة المصالح الأمريكية على حساب حرية أمتنا ومصالحها.
إسرائيل يجب أن تزول من الوجود
أما إسرائيل فنعتبرها رأس الحربة الأمريكية في عالمنا الإسلامي وهي عدو غاصب تجب محاربته حتى يعود الحق المغصوب إلى أهله. وهذا العدو يشكل خطراً كبيراً على مستقبل أجيالنا ومصير أمتنا خصوصاً أنه يحمل فكرة استيطانية توسعية بدأ تطبيقها في فلسطين المحتلة ويحاول التمدد والتوسع ليبني دولة إسرائيل الكبرى من الفرات إلى النيل.
وصراعنا مع إسرائيل الغاصبة ينطلق من فهم عقائدي وتاريخي مؤداه أن هذا الكيان الصهيوني عدواني في نشأته وتكوينه وقائم على أرض مغصوبة وعلى حساب حقوق شعب مسلم. ولذا فإن مواجهتنا لهذا الكيان يجب أن تنتهي بإزالته من الوجود، ومن هنا فإننا لا نعترف بأي اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار ضده، أو أية اتفاقية هدنة معه، أو أية معاهدة سلام منفردة أو غير منفردة.
وندين بشدة كل مشاريع الوساطة بيننا وبين إسرائيل، ونعتبر الوسطاء طرفاً معادياً؛ لأن وساطتهم لن تخدم إلا الإقرار بشرعية الاحتلال الصهيوني لفلسطين. وعلى هذا الأساس نرفض معاهدة كامب ديفيد، ونرفض مشروع فهد، ومشروع فاس، ومشروع ريغان، ومشروع بريجنيف، والمشروع الفرنسي ـ المصري، وكل مشروع يتضمن اعترافاً ولو ضمنياً بالكيان الصهيوني.
ونسجل في هذا السياق إدانتنا لكل الدول والمنظمات المنحرفة التي تلهث وراء الحلول الاستسلامية مع العدو وتقبل «بمقايضة الأرض بالسلام» ونعتبر ذلك خيانة لدماء الشعب الفلسطيني المسلم ولقضية فلسطين المقدسة.
ومن جهة أخرى فإن الدعوة اليهودية التي أُطلقت أخيراً للاستيطان في جنوب لبنان، وكذلك هجرة اليهود الأثيوبيين وغيرهم إلى داخل فلسطين المحتلة،ننظر إليها على أنها جزء من المشروع الإسرائيلي التوسعي في العالم الإسلامي، ومؤشر فعلي على الخطر الناجم من الاعتراف بهذا الكيان أو التعايش معه.
المقاومة الإسلامية المتصاعدة
وحين نتحدث عن إسرائيل الغاصبة لا بد أن نتوقف عند ظاهرة المقاومة الإسلامية التي انطلقت من المناطق اللبنانية المحتلة لتفرض تحولاً تاريخياً وحضارياً جديداً على مجرى الصراع ضد العدو الصهيوني. فالمقاومة الإسلامية المشرفة التي سطرت ولا تزال أروع الملاحم والبطولات ضد قوات الغزو الصهيوني، وحطمت بإيمــان مجاهديها أسطــورة إسرائيل التي لا تقهر، واستطاعت أن توقع الكيان الغاصب في مأزق حقيقي من جراء الاستنزاف اليومي له عسكرياً وبشرياً واقتصادياً اضطر قادته أن يعترفوا بقساوة المواجهة التي يلقونها على أيدي المسلمين.
هذه المقاومة الإسلامية لا بد أن تتواصل وتنمو وتتصاعد بعون الله ـ تعالى ـ وأن تلقى من المسلمين جميعاً في كافة أقطار العالم كل الدعم والتأييد والمساندة والمشاركة حتى نستطيع أن نجتث الجرثومة السرطانية ونقتلعها من الوجود. وإذ نصر على تأكيد إسلاميتها فإنما يكون ذلك انسجاماً منا مع واقعها الذي يبدو واضحاً أنه إسلامي في الدافع والهدف والمسلك وعمق المواجهة.. وهذا لا يلغي وطنيتها أبداً بل يؤكدها.. على العكس مما لو طمست إسلاميتها فإن وطنيتها تصبح هشة إلى حد كبير.
نداء من أجل مشاركة إسلامية واسعة
إننا ننتهز الفرصة لنوجه نداءاً حاراً إلى كافة أبناء المسلمين في العالم ندعوهم من خلاله إلى مشاركة إخوانهم في لبنان بشرف القتال ضد الصهاينة المحتلين، إما مباشرة أو من خلال دعم المجاهدين ومساعدتهم.. ذلك أن مقاتلة إسرائيل هي مسؤولية كل المسلمين في كافة الأقطار والمناطق وليست مسؤولية أبناء جبل عامل والبقاع الغربي وحدهم.
لقد استطاعت المقاومة الإسلامية بدماء شهدائها وجهاد أبطالها أن ترغم العدو ولأول مرة في تاريخ الصراع ضده على اتخاذ قرار بالتراجع والانسحاب من لبنان دون أي تأثير أمريكي أو غيره، بل على العكس تماماً؛ فإن قرار الانسحاب الإسرائيلي أظهر قلقاً أمريكياً حقيقياً وشكل نقطة انعطاف تاريخية في مجرى الصراع ضد الصهاينة الغاصبين.
وأثبت المجاهدون… من خلال مقاومتهم الإسلامية التي شاركت فيها النساء حيث سلاحها الحجارة والزيت المغلي، والأطفال حيث سلاحهم الصراخ والقبضات العارية، والشيوخ حيث سلاحهم الجسد الضعيف والعصا الغليظة.. والشباب حيث سلاحهم البندقية والإرادة الصلبة المؤمنة: هؤلاء جميعاً أثبتوا أن الأمة إذا ما تُرِكت تدير أمرها بحريتها قادرة على أن تصنع المعجزات وتغير المتوهم من الأقدار.
سياسة الارتزاق الحكومي والتفاوض الخياني
ونتوقف قليلاً عند الاستعراضات الحكومية التي تبرز في المواسم محاولة أن توهم الناس بمشاركة الحكم في دعم المقاومة ضد الاحتلال لنعلن بوضوح: أن الدعم الإعلامي والكلامي بات شعبنا يمجه ويحتقر أصحابه.. وإن صدرت بعض التصريحات عن بعض أركان الحكم القائم، فلا يتوهمن أحد أن الجماهير في غفلة عن أن هذه التصريحات لا تمثل موقف الحكم برمته خصوصاً وإن الحكم ليس في وارد أن يزج جيشه لينال شرف المشاركة في التحرير.
أما الدعم المالي للمقاومة فليس ذا قيمة؛ إذ لم يصل إلى أيدي المجاهدين سلاحاً وذخيرة ونفقات قتال وما شابهه. وإن شعبنا يرفض سياسة الارتزاق على حساب المقاومة، وسيأتي يوم يحاكم فيه كل الذين تاجروا بدماء الشهداء الأبطال وبنوا لأنفسهم أمجاداً على حساب جروح المجاهدين.
ولا يمكننا إلا أن نؤكد بأن سياسة التفاوض مع العدو، وهي خيانة كبرى للمقاومة التي يدعي النظام دعمها وتأييدها، وإن إصرار الحكم على دخول المفاوضات مع العدو لم يكن إلا مؤامرة تستهدف الاعتراف بشرعية الاحتلال الصهيوني ومنحه امتيازاً على ما ارتكبه من جرائم بحق المستضعفين في لبنان.
ونقول استطراداً.. إن المقاومة الإسلامية التي أعلنت رفضها الالتزام بأية نتيجة تصدر عن المفاوضات، تؤكد على استمرار الجهاد حتى جلاء الصهاينة عن المناطق المحتلة كمقدمة لإزالتهم من الوجود.
القوات الدولية والدور المشبوه
وإن القوات الدولية التي يسعى الاستكبار العالمي لإحلالها على أراضي المسلمين في المناطق التي سينسحب منها العدو بحيث تشكل حاجزاً أمنياً يعرقل تحرك المقاومة ويحفظ أمن إسرائيل وقواتها الغازية هي قوات متواطئة ومرفوضة… وقد نضطر إلى معاملتها كما نعامل قوات الغزو الصهيوني على حد سواء. وليعلم الجميع أن التزامات النظام الكتائبي المفروض لا تلزم بأي شكل من الأشكال مجاهدي المقاومة الإسلامية،وعلى الدول أن تفكر ملياً قبل أن تتورط في المستنقع الذي غرقت فيه إسرائيل.
أنظمة الانهزام العربي(*)
وأما الأنظمة العربية المتهافتة على الصلح مع العدو الصهيوني فهي أنظمة عاجزة وقاصرة عن مواكبة طموح الأمة وتطلعاتها، ولا تستطيع أن تفكر بمواجهة الكيان الصهيوني الغاصب لفلسطين؛ لأنها نشأت في ظل وصاية استعمارية كان لها الدور الأكبر في تكوين هذه الأنظمة المهترئة. إن بعض الحكام الرجعيين خصوصاً في الدول النفطية، لا يتورعون أن يجعلوا من بلدانهم قواعد عسكرية لأمريكا وبريطانيا، ولا يخجلون من الاعتماد على خبراء أجانب يعينونهم في مناصب رسمية عليا، وينفذون ما تقرره لهم دوائر «البيت الأبيض» من سياسة تهريب الثروات وتوزيعها على المستعمرين بأساليب شتى.
ويدعي بعضهم أنه حامي الشريعة الإسلامية ليغطي خيانته وليبرر استسلامه لإرادة أمريكا، وفي الوقت نفسه يعتبر عبور كتاب إسلامي ثوري واحد إلى بلاده أمراً محرماً وممنوعاً. ونتيجة لسياسة الانهزام التي تتبعها هذه الأنظمة الرجعية تجاه إسرائيل، فقد استطاعت هذه الأخيرة أن تقنع الكثيرين منها بأنها أصبحت أمراً واقعاً، لا مجال لعدم الاعتراف بها فضلاً عن الإقرار بضرورة الالتزام بتوفير أمنها.
وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي شجعت السادات المقبور أن يرتكب خيانته الكبرى فيبادر إلى مصالحة إسرائيل وتوقيع معاهدة الذل معها. وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي تحكم مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومحور الأردن ـ مصر والعراق والمنظمة العرفاتية. وسياسة الانهزام أمام أمريكا هي التي توجه موقف الحكام الرجعيين من الحرب العدوانية المفروضة على جمهورية الإسلام في إيران، وتقف وراء الدعم غير المحدود لصدام العميل، على مستوى التمويل والتموين الاقتصادي والعسكري ظناً منهم أن النظام التكريتي المتصهين يمكنه أن يقضي على الثورة الإسلامية ويمنع من انتشار وهجها الثوري ومفاهيمها. وسياسة الانهزام هذه هي التي تدفع الأنظمة الرجعية إلى تجهيل الناس وتمييعهم وتذويب شخصيتهم الإسلامية وقمع أي تحرك إسلامي مناهض لأمريكا وحلفائها في بلادهم، كما أنها هي التي تدفعها إلى الخوف من يقظة المستضعفين ومنعهم من التدخل في شؤون السياسة لما في ذلك من خطر كبير على بقاء تلك الأنظمة ناتج عن وعي الشعوب على فساد حكوماتها وارتباطاتها المشبوهة، وعن تعاطف هذه الشعوب مع حركات التحرر في كافة أنحاء العالم الإسلامي والعالم.
إننا نجد في الأنظمة العربية الرجعية ما يشكل حاجزاً أمام تنامي وعي الشعوب الإسلامية ووحدتها، ونعتبرها مسؤولة عن عرقلة المحاولات التي تستهدف إبقاء الجرح مفتوحاً والصراع مستمراً مع العدو الصهيوني. وأملنا كبير بالشعوب المسلمة التي بدأت تبدي تذمرها بوضوح في معظم البلاد الإسلامية، واستطاعت أن تتسلل إلى عالم الثورات لتستفيد من تجاربها وخصوصاً من الثورة الإسلامية الظافرة…
وسيأتي اليوم الذي تتساقط فيه هذه الأنظمة الهشة أمام قبضات المستضعفين كما تساقط عرش الطاغوت في إيران. ولا بد ونحن نخوض معركة شرسة ضد أمريكا وإسرائيل ومخططاتهما في المنطقة، إلا أن نحذر هذه الأنظمة الرجعية من العمل بالشكل المعاكس لتيار الأمة الناهض والمقاوم للاستعمار والصهيونية، وعليها أن تتعلم من المقاومة الإسلامية في لبنان دروساً كبيرة في الإصرار على مقاتلة العدو حتى إلحاق الهزيمة به.
كما أننا نحذر هذه الأنظمة من التورط بمشاريع استسلام جديدة، وبمشاريع عدوانية تستهدف الثورة الإسلامية الفتية.. لأن ذلك سيؤول بأقطاب هذه الأنظمة إلى نفس المصير الذي لاقاه أنور السادات ومن قبله نوري السعيد وغيرهما.
جبهة عالمية للمستضعفين
ونتوجه إلى كافة الشعوب العربية والإسلامية لنعلن لها أن تجربة المسلمين في إيران الإسلام لم تبق عذراً لأحد، حين أثبتت بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك أن الصدور العارية المدفوعة بإرادة الإيمان قادرة بعون الله الكبير أن تحطم كل حديد الأنظمة الطاغوتية وجبروتها. (لذا فإننا ندعو هذه الشعوب لتوحد صفوفها وترسم أهدافها وتنهض لكسر القيد الذي يطوق إرادتها، وتسقط الحكومات العميلة التي تتسلط عليها.
ونلح على جميع المستضعفين في العالم بضرورة تشكيل جبهة عالمية لهم تضم كافة حركاتهم التحررية بهدف التنسيق فيما بينها تنسيقاً كاملاً شاملاً من أجل تأمين الفعالية لتحركها والتركيز على نقاط ضعف أعدائها. فإذا كان العالم المستعمر بكافة دوله وأنظمته يجتمعون اليوم على حرب المستضعفين… فإن على المستضعفين أن يجتمعوا لمواجهة مؤامرات قوى الاستكبار في العالم.
وعلى كافة الشعوب المستضعفة وخصوصاً الشعوب العربية والإسلامية أن تدرك بأن الإسلام وحده هو المؤهل ليكون الفكر المقاوم للعدوان بعدما أثبتت التجارب أن كل الأفكار الوضعية قد طويت إلى الأبد لمصلحة التوافق الأمريكي مع السوفيات وغيرهم.
وقد آن الأوان لندرك أن كل الأفكار الغربية عن أصالة الإنسان وفطرته لا يمكن أن تستجيب لطموحاته أو تنقذه من ظلمات الضلال والجاهلية.. وحده الإسلام يحقق نهوض الإنسان وتقدمه وإبداعه لأنه {يٍوقّدٍ مٌن شّجّرّةُ مٍَبّارّكّةُ زّيًتٍونّةُ لاَّ شّرًقٌيَّةُ ولا غّرًبٌيَّةُ يّكّادٍ زّيًتٍهّا يٍضٌيءٍ ولّوً لّمً تّمًسّسًهٍ نّارِ نٍَورِ عّلّى” نٍورُ يّهًدٌي اللَّهٍ لٌنٍورٌهٌ مّن يّشّاءٍ} [النور: 35].
الله في وحدة المسلمين
يا أيتها الشعوب المسلمة حاذري من الفتنة الاستعمارية الخبيثة التي تستهدف تمزيق وحدتك لتزرع الشقاق فيما بينك وتثير العصبيات المذهبية السنية والشيعية. واعلمي أن الاستعمار ما استطاع أن يسيطر على ثروات المسلمين إلا بعد أن سعى في صفوفهم تمزيقاً وتفريقاً.. يثير السنة على الشيعة، ويحرض الشيعة على السنة، وأوكل هذه المهمة فيما بعد إلى عملائه من حكام البلاد حيناً ومن علماء السوء أحياناً ومن الزعامات التي سلطها على رقاب العباد. فاللهَ اللهَ في وحدة المسلمين …
فإنها الصخرة التي تتحطم عليها خطط المستكبرين والمطرقة التي تسحق مؤامرات الظالمين. فلا تَدَعوا لسياسة «فرق تسد» أن تمارَس في بلادكم وقاوموها بالالتفاف حول القرآن الكريم.
{واعًتّصٌمٍوا بٌحّبًلٌ الله جّمٌيعْا ولا تّفّرَّقٍوا} [آل عمران: 103].
{إنَّ الذٌينّ فّرَّقٍوا دٌينّهٍمً وكّانٍوا شٌيّعْا لَّسًتّ مٌنًهٍمً} [الأنعام: 159].
{واذًكٍرٍوا نٌعًمّتّ الله عّلّيًكٍمً إذً كٍنتٍمً أّعًدّاءْ فّأّلَّفّ بّيًنّ قٍلٍوبٌكٍمً فّأّصًبّحًتٍم بٌنٌعًمّتٌهٌ إخًوّانْا وكٍنتٍمً عّلّى” شّفّا حٍفًرّةُ مٌَنّ پنَّارٌ فّأّنقّذّكٍم مٌَنًهّا} [آل عمران: 103].
يا علماء الإسلام
وأنتم يا علماء الإسلام فإن مسؤوليتكم كبيرة جداً بحجم المصائب التي تحل بالمسلمين… وأنتم خير من يقوم بواجبه في قيادة الأمة نحو الإسلام… وفي توعيتها على ما يخطط له الأعداء للسيطرة عليها ونهب ثرواتها واستعبادها.. ولا شك أنكم تدركون أن المسلمين ينظرون إليكم بصفتكم حملة الأمانة من رسول الله ) صلى الله عليه وسلم ( وبصفتكم ورثة الأنبياء والمرسلين ..
فكونوا القدوة في الترفع عن بهارج الحياة الدنيا وزخرفها والتوق إلى الجنة والشهادة في سبيل الله. ولكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة حيث كان يجوع مع الناس ويشبع مع الناس، وكان يؤم المصلين في المسجد ويتقدم صفوفهم في ساحات الجهاد. وكان ملجأ لهم في المهمات يستدفئون بتوجيهاته وحلوله وينقادون له واثقين مطمئنين. يا علماء الإسلام…
إن الإمام الخميني القائد أكد مراراً على ضرورة صلاح العالِم واهتمامه بتزكية نفسه قبل الآخرين، وقال في أكثر من مقام: (إن الناس إذا عرفوا أن صاحب حانوت غير صالح، فيقولون إن فلاناً غير صالح، وإذا عرفوا أن تاجراً يغش الناس، فيقولون إن فلاناً غشاش، أما إذا عرفوا أن عالم الدين ـ لا سمح الله ـ غير صالح فإنهم سيقولون إن الدين غير صالح). فيا علماء الإسلام… لهذا الأمر وغيره…
فإن مسؤوليتكم كبيرة جداً، فاستعينوا بالله على القيام بها وادعوا الله ـ عز وجل ـ بدعاء الإمام علي (عليه الصلاة والسلام): «اللهم إنا لا نسألك حملاً خفيفاً بل نسألك ظهراً قوياً» وستجدون الأمة خير مستجيب لنداءاتكم وتوجيهاتكم وقيادتكم. واعلموا أن موقعيتكم في الأمة قد عرف المستعمر أهميتها ولذا فإنه وجَّه أقوى طعناته إلى صدور العلماء المجاهدين… فدبر مؤامرة شيطانية لإخفاء الإمام السيد موسى الصدر بعدما أحس أنه عقبة كأداء في وجه مخططاته العدوانية… وقتل الفيلسوف الإسلامي الشيخ مرتضى مطهري…
وأعدم المرجع الإسلامي الكبير آية الله السيد محمد باقر الصدر حيث أحس منه بخطورة موقفه الذي جسده بهذه الكلمات: «ذوبوا في الإمام الخميني كما ذاب في الإسلام» وها هو يتربص الدوائر بكل عالم ديني يقوم بواجبه الإسلامي خير قيام. ومـن ناحية أخرى راح الاستعمار يختـرق المسلمين بـوعاظ للسلاطين لا يخافون الله ويفتون بما لا مجال فيه للفتوى فيجيزون الصلح مع إسرائيل ويحرمون قتالها ويبررون خيانة الحكام الظالمين.
وما كان المستعمر ليفعل ذلك لولا أهمية تأثير العالم الديني على الناس. من هنا فإن من أهم مسؤولياتكم ـ يا علماء الإسلام ـ أن تربوا المسلمين على الالتزام بأحكام الدين، وتوضحوا لهم الخط السياسي الذي يسيرون على هديه، وتقودوهم نحو العزة والرفعة… وتهتموا بالحوزات العلمية بحيث تستطيع أن تخرِّج قادة مخلصين لله وحريصين على نصرة الدين والأمة.
كلمة أخيرة حول المنظمات الدولية
وأخيراً لا بد من كلمة حول المنظمات والهيئات الدولية كمنظمة الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن الدولي وغير ذلك. فإننا نسجل أن هذه المنظمات ليست منبراً للأمم المستضعفة بشكل عام وتبقى عديمـة الفاعليـة بسبب هيمنة دول الاستكبار العالمـي على قراراتها إجراءاً أو تعطيلاً. وما حق النقض ـ الفيتو ـ الذي تحظى به بعض الدول ألا دليلاً على صحة ما نقول..
(ومن هنا فإننا لا نتوقع أن يصدر عن هذه المنظمات ما يخدم مصلحة المستضعفين، وندعو كل الدول التي تحترم نفسها إلى تبني مشروع إلغاء حق النقض الفيتو لدول الاستكبار.. كما ندعوهم إلى تبني مشروع طرد إسرائيل من الأمم المتحدة باعتبارها كياناً غاصباً وغير مشروع فضلاً عن كونه معادياً للنزعة الإنسانية. أيها المستضعفون الأحرار… هذه هي تصوراتنا وأهدافنا، وهذه هي القواعد التي تحكم مسيرتنا؛ فمن قبلنا بقبول الحق فالله أوْلى بالحق، ومن رد علينا نصبر حتى يحكم الله بيننا وبين القوم الظالمين.
